Would use again with no reservations.
Very impressed with the regular communication provided which is substantially higher than that of high street agents. The level of effort they put into progressing the sale made the experience very personable. Also the fact that there was access to the online portal made it feel like there was more control in terms of how matters were proceeding.
Would thoroughly recommend!

A very easy process from the initial contact
A very easy process from the initial contact right through to the viewings. Great to be able to view my listing and brochure before going live and to initiate any changes necessary.
My dedicated negotiator was on holiday but her replacement and team where, pleasant, polite, knowledgable and helpful.

Very easy to deal with. A little bit slow to get a viewing booked in. But followed up great for feedback afterwards. Offer accepted and was passed on to the relevant departments straight away.

Liked the service very much and staff…
Liked the service very much and staff were efficient and helpful. However the constant emails re each booking became over kill too the extent that important ones didn't get read properly and might have been missed. Booking reminders and feedback requests should not be needed as this is an important transaction therefore the seller should be checking the website frequently if this is their preferred way to sell.

The team are so good
The team are so good, even though they are not based in birmingham where i live , the amount of times i have received calls and had fast response back within a few hours is so good. House network is so good i would deffo recommend. Ive had other agents but i would rate them 2/10 . I would rate you 10/10 , there is nothing negative i can say. Hopefully i continue to get the support from your team.
