House Buy Fast Recenzje

these people are greedy scammers. The only reason they get good feedback is because they ask for it very early in the proceedings before they have taken the opportunity to drop the promised price just before exchange. They said they would never do that but thats exactly what they did.Offered £20,000 less than agreed literally day before exchange. Off a price already trimmed by 30% of true value. Hateful and evil tricks to do to vulnerable people. I was lucky, i turned them down but at huge expense and trouble to myself but I could never sleep if i let them profit from me..Learn from my experience. This review is in the name of my late husband Graham Noble but was written by his widow Marilyn Noble and house buy fast and trustpilot have been provided with all relevant details of the failed transaction. They know perfectly well who I am and I have made a police report to their local police station and I am also talking to my local trading standards officer who seems to think that I should talk to the local office to house buy fast. They have been told to alter their advertising by the ASA. Why would I make this up.

Chris has been very responsive, helpful and efficient in our initial dealings.

Darren was really helpful and supportive throughout the phone consultation. I'm pleased to have found a genuine house buying company. I would highly recommend, five star company and a five star service from beginning to the end.

Luke was very informative through the process

Really helpful

Excellent service and very professional! Luke has been helpful and always available for questions. I would highly recommend.

Have just had our property valued by Luke, we aren’t ready to put it on the market as yet but will consider giving them a go.
Easy process, excellent communication, will see what happens in the next few months.

So far so good! Great communication, very accommodating and a buyer found for my property in really good time. Waiting for completion now - delighted!

Luke and his team, thoroughly professional, thorough nothing to much,Every step explained simply.Looking forward to completing sale through Luke, feeling confident 😁

Offer not instant ! As advert suggested.
But got there in the end, approx seven days.
Cash offer was 25% below market value which isn’t great but ! If you are desperate …..

The sale is almost 2% commission but if it sells quick with no hassle as they say, maybe that’s not so bad.

Timing not right for me but will give them a chance to put their money where their mouth is should I decide to sell.

I’m currently working with Mitch on the sale of my property - communication has been great so far and he has answered my many queries. Look forward to completing the sale over the next couple of months.

Very easy to talk to those guys, I was dealing with Luke who is very supportive and professional. Highly recommend this company.Five star service, quick and reliable.

We went to House Buy Fast to sell a property we previously rented out.

Chris at house buy fast, took us through the whole process step by step, made us a cash offer which we accepted.

They introduced us to a panel of solicitors, who were amazing.

We were under tight time frames to sell as we needed the money for private affairs, they managed to complete the purchase in 17 working days, and this was fantastic.

Subsequently one of our friends is now selling to Chris at house buy fast.

Thank you as this was exactly how we wanted things to happen.

I had all my contact with Mitch who was extremely kind and patient when I had questions about how the process works and about some of the contractual details. We haven't quite been able to complete a sale yet due to problems at our end but this is still no problem for Mitch. He has kept in regular contact while we try to sort out our issues. He is always bright and cheery when on the phone and answers emails incredibly quickly. I feel very well looked after by someone who knows his profession.

Very easy to talk to and felt I could ask questions. The system was explained to me without
any pressure.

Honest, straightforward conversation with satisfactory conclusion.

Mitch Moylan who has been dealing with my hopefully eventual sale has been very efficient informative and helpful and I am now fully converse with the procedures that I need to follow
