Hot Tub Stores UK Recenzje

I had my annual hot tub service recently and everything was spot on. The representative was on time and was very knowledgeable about the tub. My tub is a Wellis but I was happy to hear that my service arrangement would be unaffected. There was also an issue with the tub which I flagged before the visit which was resolved and the part changed during the service.

Excellent service from the team again as usual. Winterised my tub so it’s secure until the summer. Amazing team as always.

Shahriar was helpful throughout the service. Polite, and knew what he was doing. I would use this company again.

Shahriar was very professional and pleasant. Arrived on time and gave a very professional service to the hot tub. Great job

Shahriar and his team are very friendly and got the job done even though it wasn’t a straight forward task, thank you!

Never normally leave reviews but wanted to again thank Nell for her assistance with helping me find the product I needed. She was clear, concise and such a warm person. The product also worked great after I’d tried about 3 different products from Amazon and non worked. I hope Nell’s work and contributions to the company are not going unnoticed!

Shahriar came out to service my hot tub and am extremely happy with the work carried out. Communication was 10/10 from booking service and then courtesy message few days before to check all ok my end and if I had any questions and then message on the day of expected ETA. Shahriar was very professional and this showed in his work. Everything was cleared away afterwards and he also explained some things I had queries about and didn't hesitate to offer his help if I had any problems 10/10 for Sharhriar !!

Contacted me as service contract to arrange service of my hot tub, caller was courteous as was the team who came and carried out the service professionally.

Great company Nell was extremely helpful when we visited the Newbury store and arranged everything with delivery and installation promptly following our initial meeting

When I needed some electrical technical information about a job involving a Jacuzzi Hot tub I drew a complete blank with no success.

It was only when I rang Hot tub stores that a spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Nell, who as promised to rang me back and with a fellow member of staff gave me the information that I needed.

First class service

Our annual hot tub service was carried out very efficiently by Shahriar and Jacob today. They did a thorough job and left our 5 year old tub looking brand new. They were both very polite and helpful, Shahriar gave some very good advice about looking after our hot tub and keeping it in good condition. Would definitely recommend.

I came to Hot tub stores a few weeks ago in Newbury to buy some chemicals. There was a lovely girl called Nell who was very helpful and recommended which ones are best for me. Great experience overall. Thankyou Nell.

Excellent service from Nell in providing information about swim spas and facilitating a swim test for us. She has a very friendly and professional manner.

We had two separate quotes of very similar prices from two companies. The single difference was the customer sales and service we got from Nell.
She is warm and welcoming, and couldn't help us enough, her smiling helpful professional approach got her the order. Nell is a credit to the company.
I have to say too, that the installation team were first class, very kind and pleasant. Then Dale returned to commission the hot tub, and he too is a credit to your company. All staff were very kind and polite, absolutely brilliant.
Edwina and Des Purtill

Went into Newbury Hot Tub Store to find more info on a suitable hot tub and met Nell Griffith who was excellent and explained everything very clearly and in a very friendly way

Shahriar went out of his way to solve the problem. He knows whats hes doing. Job well done recommend him to anyone. Thanks again a little gent.

Shahriah communicated excellently to arrange the visit and let us know when he was on his way. Did a fab job and was neat and tidy. Great job, thanks.

Does a great job servicing our hot tub, never had a fault with it

Good communication to organise the service for my hot tub. The engineer who arrived on time was very capable and gave some tips about maintenance. Happy with the service given.

Visited the cardiff branch this weekend and the salesmans name was Dave and must praise him. From moment we walked in his store we were approached by a very polite and knowledgeable man. He asked us what we were looking for and gave us plenty of choice but also explained how they worked. They give free delivery and assemble it and explain everything. Dave said anyway we need to no he will help us the best he can. We couldn't ask for a better person who helped us from the moment we walked in the shop. So we were happy to purchase a hot tub and would highly recommend dave of hot tubs wales to anyone thinking of buying one.
