Hot Tub Master Recenzje

Very happy I chose to go with Hot Tub Masters as they have been brilliant from beginning to end.
The Hot tub team were really helpful in helping me select the right tub from their large selection, pointing out what deals they had on so that I could select the best option for me.
Not only that but their lead times we much better than anywhere else!
The have communicated and helpfully reminded me so that I had all the pre installation works and paper work filled out.
The hot tub was delivered and installed on schedule and I have been enjoying it stress free since then.

Very highly Recommended.

The service from Blue Whale Spa has been great from help deciding on the spa itself to delivery and installation. Pre delivery checks were well done to plan for any challenges with getting the spa up to the house. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient. The spa is great and we couldn’t be happier

Absolutely thrilled with our new tub. Highly recommend company. 1st class customer service from the moment we placed the order. Chuffed with our new purchase.

Fantastic pre delivery, delivery and after support service from Blue Whale Spa.

A really great product at a competitive price. The sales team were really helpful and the delivery teambwere great. Very happy with the whole experience and we love the hot tub

Excellent hot tub at a great price, this was our first venture into owning a 'real' hot tub after owning several of the inflatable kind. The actual quality of the product is what I expected and I have had no problems with operation. there is quite alot to take in upon installation regarding water care and the filtration system and the instruction manual could be a little clearer. The pre delivery service, installation and after care service are second to none, I would have no hesitation in recommending the hot tub and Hot Tub Master

Very friendly and helpful. Prompt delivery and installation. We love our tub ☺️

We are so happy with our new tub!! We spoke to a few companies but so glad we went with Blue Whale Spa, they were so helpful and answered all our questions. Delivery we were told would be 4 weeks but it was much quicker. The delivery men phoned when they were 1 hour away and were really polite and professional. The technical team are all fab too and are only too happy to help with any questions. We’ve had it 3 weeks now and we all absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service from placing my order to delivery and after sales.
Friendly staff who talk you through everything and answer any queries.
Would highly recommend this cimpany and glad I used them.

Excellent service and the delivery drivers went above and beyond to ensure we could get the tub into the garden. Thank you both Rob and Matty the installation team!

This is the Best Buy ever. I am so glad I purchased one from Hot tub master. I ordered on a Saturday night and and couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. They advised me there would be a little delay as it was out of stock. I was kept up to date with the process and before I knew it the Hot tub was on its way. The delivery guys, installed it also which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Hot Tub Master as they had great customer service, from ordering to delivery and to the final installation.

Excellent delivery and installation the delivery men were really helpful and informative. Fab hub tub. After sales courtesy email from Hot Tub Master. Very professional company would highly recommend.

Very good customer service,
Arrived on time and very happy with my hot tub .would recommend

The overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. We bought a Santa Rosa hot tub which had a fairly short lead time unlike some other suppliers who’s lead time is months. My hot tub was deliver within approx 3 weeks from order. Prior to delivery I was contacted to go over the order, access and safety. The installers turned up on time, they were courteous and completed the install in under two hours and gave me a run through on the operation before they left. After another hour of filling, the hot tub was ready to add chemicals. The overall quality of the hot tub looks great and have no complaints. Everything works as it should and the instruction manuals are easy to follow. Had a further follow up call to check we were happy. Everything is great thanks for great service.

We were originally going to order a lazy spa hot tub and decided why not get a proper one as we haven't had a holiday this year like many people! I originally went on the website with not a clue what i was looking for, the online chat answered most of my questions. the lady then rang me to clarify and go through everything and helped choose the best hot tub with my requirements in mind. We had our delivery and install within 2 weeks and now enjoy our hot tub every evening as our little bit of relaxing wind down heaven! Cant recommend hot tub master enough

Fantastic service and a really good quality hot tub at a great value price.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Don't waste your time or money with this company, Once they have your money they don't care, Paid £10,000 for a hot tub from them, Also paid for full install with Fiona which i was told it would be ready to use as the installers would set up and show me how to use etc, But no instead the installers turn up drop it on the floor from around 2 foot, Straight onto a flower bed snapping the wooden surround, To which I said "Lets hope it still holds water after that" Their response?? "It will be fine" Not even a sorry, To make matters worse I ordered the proper retractable cover and where they drill it into the side of the tub they have shaved off the black paint on the outside of both brackets leaving them both scuffed and open to the elements, All in all a poor company with poor customer service, Even upon calling there customer service he didn't say sorry once just said they will have to get back to me?!! I will be taking them to court for a full refund!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!

Great service from point of sale to delivery, after sales always at hand to answer any questions we had.
Great service and will certainly recommend Hot Tub Master to family and friends

Great service throughout from sales to delivery and the quality of hot tub is excellent!

Purchased an amazing hot tub following a great recommendation from the sales team. Family love it as it's great Retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and draws my children away from their phones and consoles. Delivery guys were awesome too. Were great when we had a hiccup our end. (My fault). Many thanks.
