Found item I wanted with ease. Ordered it, not too costly, came within few days. I was able to replace the oven seal in seconds! Really pleased - excellent service all round.

My cousin has a Hotpoint tumble dryer model number TCM580P. She is endeavouring to get a spare tray which requires a handle. On asking Hotpoint for the part number for the handle she was informed ‘sorry, we cannot give out part numbers’! Obviously a State secret. Absolutely ludicrous.
Be interested to hear what Hotpoint have to say!

Replacement of top freezer flap
Snapped off the right hand side of the freezer flap, I think it is a bad design, very pleased that I was able to get a replacement. Arrived within the time quoted. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
