Is this a scam?
I ordered a variety of goods on 16 July, the money was taken the same day, not when dispatched, and I have heard nothing since!
I cannot get a reply when I phone and have just left a message on the website.The order number is 74198 if hotpink haberdashery wish to refund me!

cannot call them as they wont answer their phones

I ordered 13th Jan 2024 and to this date I haven’t received my order or a refund despite emailing and being ignored numerous times.
After reading other reviews it’s seems this company is comfortable with defrauding their customers.

I ordered a sewing box two months ago and it hasn't arrived nor being refunded

The product I ordered arrived smelling very strongly of fish. I'm not sure if that's normal for an adhesive product. When I enquired I was quickly offered a refund if I paid for the return postage. I enquired further about whether the smell would dissipate after use but did not hear back again. I don't mind as it wasn't an expensive order, but I won't be ordering from them again.

I've received my parcel of beautiful fabric today,arrived in two days.
Excellent quality, I'm delighted as usual,with this company.

Not had the best experience with this company- believe the 1* reviews.
Don’t trust the shipping information on the website, tried multiple ways of contact to find out the status of the order then eventually got correspondence once the item was already dispatched. Customer service is not a priority for them (can’t tell if it’s because they haven’t got the staff or they just don’t care), you can go for long periods with no reply, have to send follow up emails and when you do finally get a response you just feel like they are ticking a box and are generally not bothered as they already have your money. Based on what I’ve seen on here it seems like they only care about responding to reviews.

Ordered on the 6th May, (a bank holiday, so was expecting a day delay) haven't recieved any shipment details or replies to my messages and emails.But I have had lots of emails about new offers!
I thought I'd use an independent shop instead of Amazon, but due to the weeks delays and no communication, I have had to use Amazon and recieved the items next day, as needed them for coursework.
I've now seen similar reviews for this month and don't think I will be a returning customer.
Quick to take your payment, but absolutely zero customer service.

I placed a small order (73382) with this company over 6 days ago. Still awaiting delivery and response to my emails?
I telephoned x 3 times this morning - no reply or answerphone service. I always start with small orders, to companies I don’t know, to see how they cope, then order big if their service is good. However, communication has been a no go so far. Appreciate it’s a family business but if you can’t cope, perhaps invest in more staff or answer phone service & respond quicker to prevent frustrated customer reviews ..

In response to your rather, defensive reply. You need to take on board what customers tell you and not leave such over reactive, personal, frankly insulting responses to reviews left on Trustpilot. It’s interesting that you find the time to type such long replies to reviews on this site. When You could employ spending that time answering the phone, emails & engage more courtesy with customers, who have issues with your service. I’m amazed you have any customers left with the off hand manner & attitude you display towards us. Perhaps take a training course in customer service & get rid of the shoulder chip please. Life & people aren’t perfect, deal with it, be professional, displaying anger online isn’t - I consider my initial reply was factual & kind wishing you luck.

Awful company, completely ignored my order, then after trying to communicate with them no answer, in the end went through PayPal and still no response or item, dreadful communication and customer service.

Excellent quality fabric. Had an issue with delivery time but once I email the company it was resolved and parcel was received within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. I will and have used this company again since my initial order.

Really nice fabric, excellent value, great service. Bought craft cotton and sale fabric. Have used a few times recently for this and will continue doing so.

Still waiting for deliverie.

I have just received my order today 3rd April for an order I placed on 21st March. Firstly the fabric is amazing, when I opened it I said aloud ‘wow’ because it is such good quality. I would definitely order again. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the delivery time, the website says 24 to 48 hours. I did contact them after 8 days and got a very nice apologetic e mail from them to explain but I was waiting for it. It hasn’t put me off at all and as I said I will definitely shop there again I am going to look at the website now! This time I will assume a much longer delivery time so I am not disappointed. The Klimt fabric is stunning by the way. 😍

This is a lovely company to deal with. It has become my go-to company, as their selection of fabrics and accessories is first class. Customer service is excellent too, and orders are received very quickly.

I managed to find the perfect fabrics for making craft items with my grandchildren. The price was right and delivery was swift too - which makes me one happy and returning customer.

Very good quality embroidered labels.Have given a professional look to stocking I'm making for new grandson.
( Have already made 6 in previous 2 years!)
