I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this hotel. My recent stay was an unmitigated disaster, with a laundry list of issues that made my experience utterly miserable.
First and foremost, the hotel double-charged me for my stay. When I brought this to their attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.
But that was just the beginning. The hotel's entrance is a safety hazard, with steep steps that are difficult to navigate, especially for those with mobility issues. And to make matters worse, the entrance is also open to bar customers, creating a dangerous and rowdy atmosphere.
The noise level in the hotel was deafening, with loud music and rowdy patrons making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. And when I asked the staff to keep the noise down, they were rude and unresponsive.
But the final insult was the state of the hotel itself. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet and dust coating every surface. It was clear that the hotel was not taking the necessary steps to keep their facilities clean and safe.
In short, my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. The staff were rude and dishonest, the facilities were dirty and unsafe, and the noise level was unbearable. Unless you enjoy being double-charged, risking your safety, and sleeping in a dirty and noisy environment, stay far away from this hotel.
UPDATE: I will be taking my business (and my reviews) elsewhere. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
