Since we bought a hosting service from them, nothing has gone right. We paid the money for nothing. All their 5-star reviews are fake or paid.

I had issues with my web files which I didn't upload properly. Within 3 minutes of explanation to Hostens admin called Michail, he pointed me to the issue and was resolved in one click. Hostens also have the best price per service delivery in cPanel, hosting, security and domains. I've been using them for 3 years and I'm satisfied. Thanks always.

I'm building a new website from scratch - I'm not a webmaster, but reasonably technical, and the startup experience has been quite good, in large part due to responsive help from their support rep Leva. The price can't be beat - I left Wix due to the cost; these folks are super reasonably priced.

Excellent help by Dmitrij from Hostens. I had some problems with transferring domain, he solved the issues quickly for me.

Hostens is a crap company. ... This company is terrible.
Only out so outright steal from you.
