as a client i expect to be aware where my new bought server will be hosted (datacenter) , it wasn't shown on any of your ordering steps (where i previously asked your support and they said my server will be hosted in Algerian data center )

* the information should be visible somewhere or everywhere where i don't have to ask about . specially since you used to provide such an option
* i didn't care about server quality since the only reason to buy from you for me was the data center location (i have events based releases ...)
* i didn't expect at 5€ (not sure what are you talking about here but i bought a vps), the price didn't matter to me i came to your hosting services caring only about where my stuff are going to be hosted , i asked support to confirm a while a go , when time came to start using the service i was surprised .

* a simple chat that i mentioned that i did a while ago and your stuff didn't tell me that it is limited and as i said such an important information should be visible somehow somewhere as the client is going for a purchase , i think instead of negociating here it's better to fix for that .
* i appreciate your help offering a dedicated server but that's 10x the price of a VPS , good one .

* i didn't make any false allegations actually , it is so clear that you used to provide Algerian IP s on VPS and you are out of stock and the information is not available on the interface and a while ago the information was available within support and i received a positive answer asking wether you do or you don't provide Algerian ip s .
and yes i just received an account suspension email from your end for a reason that was never mentioned on your terms of use , but still you are within your rights . thanks a lot .

Thank your for taking time to post the review. I have gone through your conversations with our staff members on the 21st May at 23:39 and was unable to find anything related to server location. You opened a request about getting a refund which you got almost 5 minutes after your server purchase this also means that you did not even take enough time to test or enjoy the server quality we provide.
I have found a second live chat request on May 23rd at 15:10 asking about the same refunded amount which took time to appear in your account. Please notice that servers are provided based on availability. I couldn't find any email or live chat asking about server availability in Algeria.
Furthermore, Algerian DC tend to be more expensive. You cannot expect to have servers at 5€/mo thinking it is on that location. I hope this helps.
It looks like your standards are very high to provide us with a single star rating which is very strange for us. A simple Live chat before purchasing the item could have helped you understand that we are currently out of stock in terms of Algerian VPS. If you require a Dedicated server we can get that ready within 24 Hours.
27/05 update :
If there were a concern around a payment which we refunded 5 minutes after your purchase, where reach out to us directly, rather than hastily leaving us a review on TrustPilot claiming 'something unexpected' against the Hostarts brand.
Of course, you are within your rights to leave feedback - that's the purpose of Trustpilot in the first place, but making 'false' allegations, unfortunately, isn't something we are willing to tolerate.
We do not provide cheap dedicated servers especially in Algerian DC so you cannot expect a cheap VPS also which is a bespoke solution. To sum things up we do not expect to serve customers as yourself I am afraid. To expect us to provide you with any service after doing so is frankly absurd.

Hostarts is a one of the best server provider in Algeria. It's a serious company, a good quality of service, the prices are interesting and the customer service is attentive. I really appreciated the efficiency of the Hostarts team as well as its manager Houssam, who is a competent person and who manages all the difficulties of his customers.
