This company is the worst of the worst. The owner, kennarth buisman is known in the horse business as a con man, my advice: never deal with this man or you lose your money!

Scam company. Still waiting for my money back.

At least one of my horses was collected 5 weeks after he was supposed to be collected, I was informed that the second horse would be picked up later, never happened and they don't answer my calls and YES I PAID IN ADVANCE!!! I am sure that a collective legal claim could be made so just contact me and lets get the ball rolling

Zelfs 1 ster is nog teveel voor dit bedrijf! Kennard Buisman ontzettende l*l die willens en wetens mensen hun geld aan neemt en geen paarden ophaalt en op de plaats van bestemming brengt! Ontzettend veel gedupeerde waarvan ook ikzelf. Netjes alles betaald en nooit is mijn paard opgehaald en me geld??? Daar kan ik naar fluiten. Telefoon nooit op nemen en de ene excuus na de andere. Zoveel ellende door hem echt niet aan te raden

Leider wurde ich von dieser Firma betrogen, mein Pferd wurde nie von dieser Firma transportiert und mir wurde auch nie mein Geld zurück gezahlt. Es ist Schade wenn man Menschen so um Ihr Geld bringen muss. Für uns als kleine Familie ist das so viel Geld und ich kann das alles kaum glauben.

Stay away from this fake company. I have lost 5000 euros to them and have to try to get it back via lawyer now. He has scammed many many people.

The company did not pay for the overnight stabling here at Skyttehus, Padborg, Denmark

Don’t ever book World Horses to transport your horse. The owner of the company (Kennard) is a complete idiot. He promise to pick up the horses, but nothing happens. We waited more than a month. Bad excuses every time.
We called him more than 100 times, and only 3 times he pick up the phone, and explains another excuse for not picking up the horses.
More than 3000 euros are wasted on this idiot.
He promised that we would get a refund, but doesn’t answer mail or phone calls.

Ordered this company to pick up horses i France and bring them to Denmark. It was supposed to be done 17. january. Had to pay the transport cost 1500 Euros each horse in advance. We wanted for the horses to be picked up but nothing happened. We got a lot of excuses from the man in charge, Kennard, and after two weeks he stopped answering our email. Now it is 22. February, still has not answered. We had to get the horses transported by another company. Meaning pay transport cost again. Also got the cost for traces twice. Now we have to try to get our money returned, wich seems difficult. He has gone under cover, not answering any messages.

We order World Horses alias Kenard to pick up 2 horses in France. The first agreement was made on 28 December 2023. We pay in advance for collecting the horses. Today's date, February 21, 2024, WH/Kenard still has not picked up the horses. It is difficult to get in touch with WH and a lot is promised, but nothing is done. Do not use this company, you will not see your money again and they will not do the job!!

I sent payment in full as requested by Mr Kennard for a horse to be shipped from Holland to France. After more than one month the horse had still not shipped. They don’t answer my calls and emails. I am asking for a refund but nothing

Fraudalent company. Refuse to give refund of a cancelled transport and threatens with Bandidos. The owner of the company, Kennard, claims to be best friend with the president of Bandidos. Dont use them.

Worst experience ever, they don’t answer back, I had to contact them several times asking for updates! I picked them because they seemed professional, and assured me that thay would give updates and pictures/videos - but I’ve never encountered such bad customer service! My horse finally arrived several days later then agreed - he had a superficial injury even though they were instructed to put on his transport boots. They lost the boots during his stay in their stables and only agreed to pay half the veterinary bill - and now I’m still waiting on my money back - even though I’ve written them several times.
