For such a product, i never expected the delivery to be done so fast. When u said "same day delivery"...u guys seriously meant it (of course i am very happy). The product was very well packaged (very discreet and neatly packed). Definitely, this will not be my last for Horny.sg

My experience has been largely positive but…
My experience has been largely positive with them, that lead to the many repeated support. Their product range are nice, with attractive prices and promo and advertising now and then that make it tempting to go ahead with the purchase.
However the recent experience came quite disappointing after I make use of their same day delivery to a separate location.
Having set the delivery address to the said location but texting the customer service agent to amend the billing address to my home location, the parcel ended up sending to my home address (billing address). And that’s disappointing because me and my wife had made an impromptu staycation plan that night and was excited for those item purchased to be used. Attempt to reach to the customer service again to request of a recourse action but no definite reply of action was received.
A thumbs up though to them for offering to have the parcel collected from my home to have it delivered to the correct delivered address, but that only come the next day, which is too late.

Hi there from Thailand here. If you are looking for discreet product, this place is not for you. This my first time and worst experience I ever got. So I order from the Singapore to Thailand. The product indeed ship to Thailand and it is sezie by Thai airway I got called and need to paid a fee in which it almost the product price so total I paid around $300+ dollar (both product and fee) and now they call me to go meet which it is emberssment then they show me the package and product. They said that it need to be destory and make me sign some paper. I did know that it is risky to ship here but the way that horny.sg package is quite suck tbh it almost like come here naked. Meanwhile mrlsexdoll is much more better in discreet shipping the package is hard to see inside and have a lable easy to break.
