Excellent eSIM Service in the US
Amazing eSIM service from Horizon! I used it during my trip to the US, and everything worked perfectly. The internet was fast, reliable, and very affordable. Great coverage for competitive prices
Great coverage in rural Austria, where I was using their esim. I was getting about 2 MB/s in the middle of nowhere and 20 MB/s in a city (download speed). Great prices and no need to download an app like with other esims providers.

Fully switched from Airalo and MobiMatter—highly recommend!
I travel regularly and used to rely on MobiMatter and Airalo, but I have fully switched to Horizon eSIM since finding them.
The biggest game-changer for me is the convenience: I can use the exact same eSIM across multiple countries and simply add new destinations to my existing profile, rather than installing a new eSIM every time I cross a border.
The initial installation was very easy, and the overall user experience on the platform is great. On top of that, the prices are extremely competitive, and the connectivity has been highly reliable everywhere I've been. Whenever I’ve needed help, their support team has been excellent, providing quick, real-time assistance. I highly recommend them for frequent travelers.

Cheap, but only O2 in Germany
Prices are very competitive, which is great, installing the eSIM was easy, but in Germany Horizon apparently only has a contract with O2/Telefonica and at the destination O2 had zero signal. So the eSIM - fortunately only 5GB - was completely unusable and I wasted money.

Got an Esim for cyprus
Ordered the Esim for cyprus it was a very good price,
However when I tried to connect it to my phone I encountered a problem as my phone was I slightly different model then I'd looked at on the, the online support was outstanding and we managed to resolve my problem.

Outstanding
The eSIM worked perfectly during my trip around Europe. It was very easy to install, connected as soon as I arrived, and the internet was fast and reliable everywhere I went. It made travelling much easier because I did not need to buy local SIM cards. Very convenient and worth the price. I would definitely use it again.
