Hope Fashion Recenzje

Absolutely shocking service I have been trying to return my order for over 6 weeks. My items arrived 2 weeks after I actually needed them. I followed the return instructions the day I recovered the order, which was contact them via the contact form on the website. I had no response nor a response to the two other messages I have sent chasing this up. Absolutely no other way to contact someone directly dispute the website stating you will get a reply from a real person.

FATAL

I am a belgian client and I never received my purchase, a open back knitted top. They took my money (I paid by visa) and never received the product. I sent 3 emails and no answers, only automatic reply. Any suggestion ?

Negative surprise had to pay for return fright (and for original fright of the goods, i.e. fright 2 ways --> 98 SEK to try out a shirt that did not meet the expectations)

Briefly, but sufficiently enough, before placing my order read return policy for sale items and could not see any potential freight fee in return policy.

A nicer approach would be to be frank and honest about return fee. I now associate Hope as a brand with hidden fees, which makes me more likely to be non-returning

The formal clothes I ordered from this store arrived exactly as depicted on the website, and I'm thrilled with the accuracy of the sizes. The store has delivered great quality garments, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This clothing store is a hidden gem for fashion enthusiasts on a budget. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices without compromising on the quality of the clothing. The materials used were of excellent quality, and the stitching was sturdy and well-done.

Wonderful as always. Such a shame that Hope have gone into administration.

Superb customer care and gorgeous quality clothes

A professional and friendly service, very fast.
Love my two tops purchased in sale.

I absolutely love this company, the quality and designs are amazing. The best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with.

These Foundations bodies are terrific. I thought the fabric could be a little thicker but fit well with a good shape. They will be very useful throughout all seasons. Also delivered safely and promptly.
