Great quality, price, timeline!

Ordered on the 27th November thinking I would receive my parcel for a Xmas gift 🎁, no information, no expected delivery date, no response from email. Just disappointing. 😔

My print arrived and was creased and had a bent corner, i didn’t realise it would be on card i thought it would come on poster paper

It’s tricky to review a product that hasn’t arrived, however I can comment on the tracking process which has been disappointing. To track my order I had to download a third party app (first issue), then the app couldn’t even provide me with an update as to where my art is. Not a great experience so far. Hoping that when my print arrives it’s as beautiful as I’m hoping and somewhat redeems the so far average experience I’ve had.

I never received my item. I emailed the company a few times as a follow-up and got no response either. Bummer because I was super excited to support this company.

Hi, I sent a message to customer service. Our art was delivered and it has a large crack down the front of it. I still haven’t heard anything back yet.

Print came quickly and was packaged well, as to not get any bends, creases or damage. Print looked same as it did on website. Didn’t purchase framed as I was able to frame myself.

The design is beautiful but to be honest, I wasn't terribly impressed at the quality of this print. The colours seem a little off – they don't pop as much as the photo, the blacks seem stronger and the overall dpi feels lower res. I don't know what Japanese matt paper is supposed to be like but the paper feels like standard matt paper. The print has its own matt/border which makes it hard to upsize to an A1 frame with a 50 x 70 cm matt. Maybe it was an average print run?
