Sometimes people write reviews about products - I have ordered 3 times so that says a lot.

I, however, have received nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from the company and the craftswomen and craftsmen.

I am suffering from a terminal illness and these lovely people have really overstepped to assist me and deliver on time, at a great price and have brought a tears to my eyes last time. THAT GOOD !!

I definitely recommend this company.

I bought my wife a Honey Willow necklace for her 50th and she absolutely loves it. The personalised message from the makers of the piece was a lovely touch and all my communication with staff there was so friendly and helpful (I requested a late change to the chain length). I also think they provide great value for money. Have no hesitation in recommending them !
