🚨 WARNING: My Worst Experience with HomeTriangle 🚨

On 9th August 2025, I urgently booked a 1BHK cleaning service from HomeTriangle. Two people named Pawan and his partner came at 8:30 PM.

Instead of cleaning properly, what they did was shocking:

They opened my cabinet without permission and stole my Samsung mobile phone.

They damaged my refrigerator.

They took away all my cleaning cloths.

And to my surprise, they even took sealed water bottles from my fridge without consent.

When I raised this with the company, instead of helping me, they started blaming me – asking why I didn’t complain the same day. But tell me, how can anyone know something is missing until it is actually needed? 🤷‍♀️

This is not just poor service – this is theft inside my own home. I am filing a police complaint (FIR) against these individuals, and I strongly hold HomeTriangle accountable for hiring and sending such people.

I trusted the company, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and unsafe. Customers deserve protection, not blame.

❌ I would never recommend HomeTriangle to anyone. Please be careful before letting such services into your home.

Worst service provider ever seen. They cancel the scheduled service last minute and least bothered even if we cancel.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with HomeTriangle Cleaning Service

I recently hired a professional cleaning service through HomeTriangle for my newly completed house ahead of a family function in hyderabad Gurramguda. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.

The cleaner sent by HomeTriangle was completely unprofessional and lacked even basic knowledge of how to clean. The house looked almost the same after the so-called “deep cleaning”—nothing was cleaned properly.

Worse, the cleaning process damaged my brand-new interiors. The worker used harsh chemicals on cupboards, which left visible stains and marks. He used steel scrubbers on acrylic surfaces and cupboard laminates, leaving deep scratches and permanent damage. Paint peeled off walls due to the wrong products used. The total cost of these damages is around ₹39,000, and my new house no longer looks new.

I shared pictures of the damage with HomeTriangle, expecting them to take accountability. Instead, they defended the worker, refused to accept responsibility, and shockingly told me to file a complaint against the cleaner personally, claiming they are not liable. After paying ₹3,000 for this terrible service, they now offer a mere ₹1,500 refund and have completely washed their hands of the situation.

This is unacceptable and unethical. A platform like HomeTriangle should stand behind the services it provides and ensure customer satisfaction—not leave customers to deal with serious losses caused by the workers they assign. We trusted this company with our brand-new home, and what we got in return was damage, stress, and zero accountability.

I strongly advise others to stay away from HomeTriangle if you value your home and peace of mind. This experience was not just disappointing—it was infuriating.

I booked two services. For the first, the were two hours late. For the second, they never arrived and stopped picking calls. This company is a sham. Horrendous experience.

I booked an AC service through HomeTriangle in Bangalore, and the experience was very disappointing. The technician charged Rs. 9,500 for gas refilling, labour, and a capacitor. However, the AC still didn’t cool. After my complaint, he returned and claimed the motor was faulty, taking Rs. 3,500 for a new one. But he brought a used motor and exchanged it with mine. Despite working for hours, the AC didn’t work, and he then said the compressor needed replacement.

It became clear that he lacked proper knowledge and was just replacing parts to charge more. Even if your parts are fine, they falsely declare them faulty, overcharge for replacements, and add extra labour fees. I believe these technicians may not be genuine.

I advise everyone to be cautious. Avoid booking any repair service through HomeTriangle. It’s not trustworthy.

Home triangle refered me to a carpenter Vinod kumar at annanagar,chennai...for my apartments wooden work renovation.Kindly do not refer him for work elsewhere as he is a tricky fellow knows to bluff and make matters worse.The main teak wooden door lock he spoilt in the name of replacement for a new one..the whole area of lock is full of splits and cuts due to his untidy experimental work..he charges more and expects to pay immediately and brings low quality products without a bill ..no guarantee card or anything of that sort.worst experience with this fellow...pls take action if possible , he mints a lot of money by cheating innocent people like us.shabby work with worse labour force.

Absolute worst. Received call 3 times in 1 hour whereas I didn’t even booked any service from them. Don’t share your phone number with them.

Disappointing Service – Unresponsive Customer Support & Unprofessional Technicians

I had a terrible experience with HomeTriangle. I requested a refrigerator repair, but even after their so-called "service," my refrigerator still has the same issue. The technician they sent was completely unprofessional—lacking the necessary skills and knowledge to fix the problem.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer care for assistance, they were completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no proper resolution or follow-up. This level of service is unacceptable, and I regret choosing HomeTriangle.

I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional home repairs. They need to improve their technical expertise and customer support seriously.

The cleaning services booked at 4pm, it is 6 30 pm. Only fake stories and kept me waiting since 2.5 hrs

**VERY DANGEROUS** I booked a technician for AC service. The technician visited the house & proposed replacement of Blower & i agreed to it. Today[11 Feb 2025] he visited the house & when my wife asked for the evidence of the spare part being original instead of responding, he started using abusive language. My wife got scared & gave a video call to me, where he even spoke to me in a very abusive language. Then he ran away with spare parts. Now the company is NOT responding to the damage done by the technician. They are NOT ATTENDING to my Calls

Hum nhi karta call cut kar diya. Techanician ka name mohammed musheerudin. He given me bill also regard service and Part replace. Now is saying i cant do

Lost trust on home triangle verified sources
Reality connect interior - lost my peace and sleep for the last 10 days.

I wanted to search for a good and reliable person to do the kitchen and vanity countertop and also door installation for my home. I got a call from reality connect interiors instantly and the person Syed spoke so well in English and impressed me with his experience in interior work and committed to finish the work in 2-3 days.
He came took order of doors and countertop work, gave me quotation and asked to pay 70% advance so he can order the doors. This happened 10 days back. After that no person came to fix the counter top nor the doors carpenters came. The person kept ignoring calls, disconnecting all throughout. Every day he would say tomorrow. Even if we ask for refund he will buy more time.
There was a day where he said door are ready and he is loading it and bringing it and until now it has been more than a week the door hasn`t reached us. And now they are saying door is still not ready. After multiple follow up he got an external source to do the countertop work. Basically this person Syed from home Triangle doesn`t have a proper team to do the work nor he knows how to update and provide right information to customers nor he will give the refund. When asked him why he is keeping work pending he is talking about getting other work done in my house than following up with him.
Reality connect interiors people are laid back and extremely unprofessional. They will only call you when money is required after that you have to forget your money and also work will never get done. We have in the last 10 days lost our sleep and peace of mind because of these people. The reason we wanted to use home triangle verified source is so our work gets done fast but looks like it has back fired us.
Now also they are saying they will send the doors and their people. I have to just wait with no choice as we are stuck.
It`s been a week since I was able to even go to my work place because I have been waiting for this work to get done. In fact there was a day these people made me wait all day to deliver the doors, until night 9pm after going next to gate I get an update that the door will come next day.
I have wasted lots of time with this contractor. I wish home triangle takes appropriate action against people like this.

I got a call from escalation team in home triangle about this issue. It’s been over a week and still the vendor hasn’t refunded our money. We lost our money, work didn’t get done, and most importantly peace of mind with all of this going on.
I was an ardent user of home triangle in the past but after this I will not be able to trust any verified source from home triangle.

The website has provided wrong information about the charges. Very poor services but charges are very high .. Not at all worth to pay that such huge amount for small work. Never trust the site and not at all recommended anyone.

Vendors are unprofessional. Suffered a lot, vendors are not responding to my call. Its been 15 days, I am trying to contact them but no reply. Even customer centre is also not responding.

Complete fraud company. Got some bathroom granite polishing and grouting done. The guy who came was completely unskilled and did such a poor job, I will have to have someone first remove what he put in and redo everything. Hometriangle should be shut down.
