From salesman to surveyor to fitters absolutely great!! Very neat and tidy work love the doors & windows& cladding. There was a slight problem with the cladding but pleased to say lovely man came and sorted it. Would definitely recommend Hometec!!

Hometec came recommended and they didn’t disappoint. Our account manager Jack was first rate, and the entire team delivered the very best service. Our doors look beautiful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Do not use if you want to stay sane. After delaying our build for about 3 months, Hometec delivered us windows that had been measured completely wrong and refused to come to site to check measurements or re-fit. Jack, I believe an owner or director, flat out threatened us at one point. Ownership changed (as in business pass from father to I assume son) last summer and honestly it’s criminal what they have gotten away with on our house. Left us without windows for over 5 months with a newborn over the winter (had removed old windows to fit the new ones, which then didn’t fit on arrival!) - windows that they have delivered have issues (a huge crack that they have refused to repair and two broken doors including the top end aluminum stuff ! ). They sent round their own fitters at one point to try and botch the job but they were unable to squeeze the windows in - shockingly jack then said they “could have fit” despite everyone on site agreeing it was not possible and the fact he never came to see the issues. Emails to rectify these issues from both us and our builders have fallen on deaf ears and we have had to replace from elsewhere. I cannot stress enough how important it is to not use this provider.. whatever the discount is it is not worth it.

This wholly unprofessional business has replied and taken no ownership at all. “Relationship broke down” is a funny way of saying, the client reported manufacturing issues and we completely ignored them. Whilst I am sure they have a long history of being able to survey correctly, unfortunately they did not on our property which led to one of multiple errors - they would know that if they came back to look at the problems they caused on site.

Despite the claim from the business, unfortunately there are no inaccuracies in this review - I wish it had been a better experience as this has caused extreme stress and financial loss.

Joe and Jude did an excellent job. They arrived early and were very thoughtful with my disabled mother. Showed me how to use my bifold doors. Very happy. Will use again for all my windows.

I wanted a Solidor in a specifc colour. Jack gave me a competitive price. No pressure or chasing me up. As soon as I was ready, Jack came over, measured up and went through mt requirements, timescales and processes. Everyone I have dealt with, Sales, Surveyor and fitters have been a pleasure to deal with. The door looks great and I would recommend fo friends & family

Amended review, I mistakenly only gave 1 star. Great service and thoroughly deserving of 5 stars.

The whole job was a disaster. The job was replace all windows doors, cladding, soffits facias & gutters. The main problems are about the cladding,
& soffits facias. The cladding was fitted badly, Hometec have been back about 5 times and improved things but the workmanship was substandard with loads of debris left on site. The Facias were not the brand quoted, which was pointed out when it was first delivered. A rude lady phoned from Hometec and told me it was the same product. A subsequent email to Hometec was just dismissed. I am disappointed to write this review as I had high hopes of a professional job.

I recently had my windows and doors replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The fitters were punctual, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They took great care while working in my home, kept everything tidy, and made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was complete. I would highly recommend Hometec to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality window and doors.

A fast and efficient service from the initial measure and quote to the final fitting. A quality product fitted by accomplished professionals.

The planning and installation went very well. A self acclaimed reputable company not so very reputable when it comes to investigating issues with the installation during the guarantee period.

The workman were very polite and helpful by going the extra mile. Job was done quick and the windows are perfect.
I will use the company again if I need anything else installed. In or around the house. I recommend them.
The admin staff were also Freind lay and helpful.

Informative first meeting with representative. Time scale for fitting adhered to. Two lovely chaps turned up to fit my new door. Very efficient, tidy and helpful.

Both door and window look great. From booking a consultation and installation went with ease. The two fitters were extremely polite and likeable. Th cleared up any mess. This is not the first time with Hometec and it certainly won't be the last.

I can't praise this company enough. From start to finish they have been excellent. The double glazed windows and doors are of excellent quality and finish. The sale staff , fitters and office staff are polite and helpful and can't help you enough. The fitting team were brilliant clean tidy and very helpful.There workmanship is excellent. Very hard working .the price of the double glazing is excellent for the quality and finish.
