Following an arduous six months in 2024 of abortive sales, unsuitable viewings and general disappointment I booked a call with HSE on a bit of a whim after a quick online search for strategies to sell an unsellable house. Matt at the Home Selling Expert was super helpful! I read a lot of the articles on line and then initially enquired as we were considering auctioning and I wanted to know if traditional or modern was best for us.
