Order made in early December which has still not arrived, tracking information has not been updated, customer services representatives are obstructive and unhelpful via email and direct messaging.
Profile online states London UK which is completely misleading when goods are coming from China. Dispute raised with payment provider and refund requested.
The fact that the company replied to this review more than 12 months after it was posted reinforces my points above.!

Needs better customer service
I didn't pay attention & bought a actual file for a 3d print. I wasn't aware what a stl was so I ordered 4. I should of paid more attention to it being a file instead of the actual coaster. I asked for a refund beings it was just a file and was told I wouldn't get that refund. It was apparent it was a mistake. Someone wouldn't order 4 of the same file. They have yet to respond to my last email asking for a refund for 3 out of the 4 beings I was only sent 1 file in the end. Not very good customer service.

As mentioned by other customers who has written a negative reviews regarding products being sold by Homer Wear is true. DO NOT BUY from them as they are scammers.
First they provide a tracking number that has no details of ETA and it took nearly a month after numerous emails asking about the delivery. Then I received an email from Joe with another tracking number. When I received the products they do not look like the photos shown on their website and the worst one is the sponge holder as the print of Homer is really bad and has brownish substance on the printed Homer.
I emailed complaining about the product and ask if I could return it because the price they charged does not meet my expectation and sent a photo of the issue. Joe replied saying that after inspecting the photo, they believe there is no issue with the product and in "goodwill, they provided a 20% discount for the next purchase. I replied saying how can they say there is no issue with the product when they haven't received the product to see it for themselves. I said I will never purchase anything from them and the discount is not a goodwill . Then Joe replied saying he has escalated the issue and sent a replacement after I submit a dispute with PayPal. Still not happy with the product.
So avoid at all cost as they don't offer refund and that is a scam.

Terrible product, and even worse customer service.
I don't think I've ever left a bad review for anything before this, but my experience with HomerWear was so horrible I felt compelled to write this.
The quality of the jacket is awful. Feels really cheaply made. To be completely fair, the jacket was less than $40 with free shipping so I didn't expect amazing quality, but the jacket was defective on top of that. Homer's eyes on the jacket I received are lines, not dots; a clear production error from the factory.
This being the case, I sent an email to their customer service with pictures of my defective jacket with the intention of receiving an exchange.
Enter Joe from HomerWear customer service. He responds to my email telling me that the dashed eyes are a "part of the latest batch design" and that "it doesn’t impact the overall look or quality" without addressing my request for an exchange whatsoever.
The dashed eyes are part of the latest batch design? It's Homer Simpson. His eyes haven't changed in 30 years...
However, I decided to play along. I asked Joe if this was a new batch design, why was it not reflected on their website? Also pointing out that it -literally- does impact the look of the jacket, otherwise I wouldn't have reached out in the first place. I finished my initial reply by asking again what can be done to rectify this.
Joe replies again saying he's sorry to hear about my dissatisfaction and how seriously they take the product's quality, following up by offering me a 20% off coupon code towards a future purchase.
I was honestly amazed that Joe would think this is sufficient compensation, as I don't see myself ever buying another product from HomerWear considering the condition of the jacket I received from them. I shared my thoughts with Joe, asking if he could provide compensation towards the purchase I've already made.
Joe responds by telling me "Our policy typically provides compensation in the form of discounts for future orders in cases of defective or unsatisfactory items."
I find this to be an interestingly unsatisfactory compensation policy, so I decide to look at HomerWear.com to see if there is any return/exchange/compensation policy on their website. It turns out there is.
Not only does their policy not mention anything about coupon codes, but it clearly states that I am entitled to a return or exchange if I submit picture proof of a defective product within 14 days of receiving it, in which HomerWear would provide the return shipping label. Luckily for me, I sent my initial email to HomerWear's customer service within the 14 day window.
I reply to Joe letting him know of my discovery, including a tracking number proving that I initiated this email chain with him within 14 days of the jacket being delivered. After all this dishonesty and shiftiness I received from Joe, I requested a shipping label to send back the jacket for a full refund.
I've received no reply from Joe or anyone else at HomerWear since then. I followed up 5 days later asking if he is planning on honoring the return policy listed on their website. Again, no reply.
I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled on their end, and I honestly feel scammed. I acknowledge that this is all for a $40 jacket, but it really is about the principle at this point. You would think they would value customer satisfaction over a few bucks lost over a defective product, but it seems this is sadly not the case.
I'm still waiting for that return label, Joe. Do the right thing.
UPDATE: I am happy to say I got my refund through a Paypal dispute! Evil has been defeated 💪
After looking into this more deeply throughout the process, it's now clear to me that HomerWear is a dropship scam that uses pictures from H&M and puts fake reviews on their website, then produces cheaply made knockoffs with no intention of ever honoring their own return policy.
If you've come to this review page because you've been scammed as well, please make sure you document everything when interacting with HomerWear so that you can submit it as evidence to Paypal or whatever financial institution you used to make the purchase. Good luck!
2026 UPDATE: The HomerWear team just responded to this review a year and a half after, saying "We’ve also expanded our product range and continuously improved both quality and service".
Yeah, I doubt that. They also didn't address anything specific I mentioned in the review.
By the way, I forgot to mention in my original update that HomerWear straight up LIED in the PayPal dispute. Thankfully I had enough proof that PayPal sided with me, getting me my refund.
This company is a scam. Don't fall for the fake 5-star reviews. Save your money and get a better quality Homer jacket from H&M, or any other company that actually honors their return policy.

Items small, denied returns
Items did not fit, despite me measuring myself and referring to the sizing chart.
The "oversized" sweater I got was extremely tight on me, had a weird smell, and an odd texture.
I normally wear an XL, but sized up to an XXL to ensure a larger fit. I didn't think I would ever need an XXXL, but from this store I do.
I asked to exchange, but was denied because I ordered with free shipping, and apparently they only accept exchanges/returns from customers who purchased with priority shipping.
I even offered to pay for my own return shipping...they said no.
The only thing they would offer me was 20% off my next order....I will not be taking them up on that. Avoid buying with them. I've since opened a dispute through my credit card company.

RIPOFF REPORT! I ordered 2 fleece zip ups on 5/14 and it did not show any shipments details as of 5/14 so I reached out to get an eta as this was for a birthday present. Some guy named Joe quickly replied they were out of stock even though the website did not list that. He also said they would prioritize shipping for me due to the delay. On 5/19 I asked for an eta and was supplied a tracking number created on 5/16. On 5/20 still no movement. I reached out again asking if the tracking is stalled and that it’s for a birthday present needed very soon. On 5/26 Joe replied that the item has been shipped yet the tracking still had no movement. On 5/28 I emailed him to request a full refund and it’s too late as the birthday has passed. No answer. I emailed again to confirm if he was processing my refund and if I didn’t get an answer I would have to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. Joe replied 5/30 that this is normal and they are not at fault because they did their side of the transaction. Wow seriously?! The tracking still had no movement and even though the website states they provide refunds AND returns this was not provided to me as a option. I again emailed Joe and said if I don’t get a refund by EOD then I’m calling in a fraud charge. Then NO RESPONSE. So I called my cc company and explained what happened. After I called the charge in lo and behold the tracking showed it was in china customs. I forgot about this as I assumed it was taken care of and the tracking would be reversed by the company. Nope! I received a shady email from Joe asking me to cancel my dispute. Oh suddenly your responding to me because you got reported huh? Tough luck I ignored it. Then can you believe that the order was finally received on 6/9?!?! That’s almost a month later than ordered. What a joke of a “company”! Also the quality of the fleece is so LOW BUDGET that the fleece was rough to the touch and smelled like so sort of MILDEW. And the color was a different green. It’s basically the quality of the cheapest material they could find. Nothing like they advertised. They are 1000% ripping off customers. AND THATS NOT ALL! My cc card said that they paid the company in full because the tracking shows receipt. Yeah that’s not the issue and this Joe guy totally lied to them. So I didn’t want to deal with this anymore and let it go. Suddenly on 7/18 and 7/21 I was alerted to large 2 fraudulent charges on my card. Both declined due to suspected fraud. Called my cc company and they said they were e-gift cards and a foot locker charge online. My suspicion, no my GUT FEELING, is that it was this guy named Joe or whoever he sold my cc card information to. We all know they love their trainers in the UK which is where this “company” is based. I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AND WORK WITH A REAL COMPANY. Rude staff, return policy is total BS, and horrible AF quality. Karma is real you piece of sh**

Like others, the item never arrived and they kept telling me to look at the tracking...which never went anywhere and said the address was wrong even though it was NOT. Such a waste of time.

I gave up trying to get a refund or my product after they sent the product to the wrong address and then the only recourse they offered me was literally telling me to try and retrieve the package myself. I sent multiple emails that were met with lies. The company says they’re in the UK but the packaging, manufacturing, and customer service all looked to be coming out of China. They blocked me on all their social media so all unhappy reviews are hidden. Save yourself the headache and the money and avoid this company.
EDIT: I guess they read reviews because I got their attention regarding this order, they sent me an email months after my awful experience to send me a new jacket (which I frankly don’t even want anymore and have serious doubts about receiving anything). They’ve also changed their website name to theyellowman.com to avoid all the scandal.

0 stars first they separated my order then my shipping says it was sent and I never got the first package and the second was returned to the shipper after numerous attempts to contact the company with the same automated message saying to contact the shipping company to which they reply to contact the company you bought from so basically it’s been 2 months I don’t have nothing for the 150$ I spent I have no help by the company and now I have to go to my bank and open an inquiry just to possibly get a refund because of how shady this company is I recommend not to take a chance like I did and just don’t waste your money for stuff you will most likely never get! Total scammers
Terrible customer service, bad quality product.
Ordered 28th May, received immediate confirmation email. Three weeks later, no update - I emailed and received no response. Emailed a week later, no response. Reached out on instagram, no response. I contacted my bank to get a chargeback, they agreed to process chargeback. Next thing, package arrives at my door. First email I get from homer.wear is pretty much "you've received the package, please cancel the chargeback". Only after that email did I get responses to my previous emails.
This is a scam website

I agree with the other customers that the customer service was a joke. They told me to deal with the defect, they won’t accept exchange, return or refund. Why would I waste more $ on defected items, the 20% coupon was a slap in the face!

Its a scam company, the images used is from H&M collection logo photoshopped out to never shows the from ever. Everything is lifted from H&M. Reviews by Customers are actually H&M products wearing the authentic. AVOID!!
