Great experience with Charles at Home Pool Tables Direct. We visited the show room in Hamilton and Charles gave me honest advice to get the right table. The installation was also excellent from 2 strong top lads from Ayrshire who again gave great advice throughout. Would very much recommend!

I was given accurate information and not just what I wanted to hear.
They advised me on the style and size that would suit the room best due to spacial limitations.
They communicated with me at everty major junction in the order and the 2 installers were excellent, helpful and super friendly, particulary with my large dog which was nice.

Excellent service from order to delivery. There was a slight delay due to a factory issue, but this was dealt with by the team. The delivery guys (sorry I didn’t get your names) were excellent. How they managed to get the 7ft table up two flights of stairs and into my loft with such ease I will never know! THANK YOU!!!

Staff in store very helpful and informative, allowing us to make our choice from the tables on display. We were able to secure a very quick delivery as the model was in stock. The installers arrived on time and went about their business in setting the table up. They asked us about positioning of the table and were able to provide good advice.

My new pool table delivered last week (Fri Oct 31st) is lovely. Delivery was on time and the delivery lads were polite and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they ensured my table was positioned exactly where I wanted it.
The rest and a cue was out of stock so I was told these would follow in the post. These have just arrived today and as per the other accessories are very good quality ie nice ash shafts and brass ferrul on the cues. So all round great service from Home Pool Tables from the original phone calls and advice I received regarding the pool table and cloth, I ended up choosing the Matchcloth which is superb, very fast and responsive. I would not hesitate in using Home Pool Tables again.

From looking through the website to ordering, the process was very straight forward Once ready, you receive contact to agree your delivery date. The installation team are stars. Efficient, focused on a quality job, and really friendly. Was delighted that with the pack if ordered, they had included chalk that matched the colour of baize id chosen. Highly recommend.
