My 84 year old husband had a fall and broke his hip, needing a hip replacement. Sam Shinde, the physiotherapist, prepared an exercise plan to restore his confidence and regain strength and walking ability. He now does not use his nhs walking aid is independent and mobile again despite his age and Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis. I recommend Sam and Home Physio Group.

My husband has been cared for by Gemma since he had a knee replacement over 2 years ago. She has helped in many ways since he is elderly (90), has cancer & is registered blind. Loads to take on board for any physio - and yet she has been a wonderful, patient & knowledgeable guide.

Kate was very knowledgable and practically explained excercises etc in a very understanding way

The physio that we got was called Robert and he was great. Very kind and gentle with my friend. He gave us exercise sheets that showed us what to do in between visits. They were conducted at the care home. They were very flexible with timings. I was able to book six sessions which worked out cheaper.
I would recommend using this company to anyone requiring services especially the elderly.

Although it is quite expensive Home Physio far surpasses the service available from the NHS. I've had both and the home visits have really helped my mobility and left me with an exercise regime for the future. The service from the company was brilliant and Metehan, the physio was lovely

Jay keeps in touch between visits, and modifies exercises if necessary. He is very generous with his time and looks at my complete lifestyle, and ways of improving it, as well as giving me exercises to relieve pain.

Earlier this year I spent three months unable to leave the house because of severe pain caused by an insufficiency fracture. After one visit from Patricia I was able to leave the house. After two visits I was able to climb the stairs. After each visit I have been able to achieve more movement. When Patricia came to the house she was always prepared. She knew where I had reached at her previous visit, and where she expected me to have reached with the exercises she had left me. I felt confident with her from the moment we met, and the course of treatment with her has made a huge difference to our lives. My husband watched each session, and Patricia told him what to watch out for, when I was doing the exercises, so that we could be sure that I was doing them properly.
I am delighted with the work Patricia has done on my behalf and would recommend her in the highest possible terms.

Feroz is an excellent physiotherapist. So motivational and positive for my 89 year old mother in law. He came to her care home for her rehab and after 3 weeks she was able to go home almost entirely due to his help.

The service my husband received from Home Physio was excellent. In particular Fawad was instrumental in getting him off a walking frame on to a crutch and in doing so he demonstrated all the skills of a superb therapist.

I had a great experience with home physio group. I asked for assessment for my Dad, who has Parkinson’s, to send to Parkinson’s UK to support a grant application. Their service was so quick and efficient I was genuinely impressed! I made an enquiry and someone rang me back straight away and discussed options with me and what we needed from the assessment. We got an appointment within a few days. The assessment went well and the report was exactly what we needed to support our application. The Physio even went so far as to look up all the info we needed to support the application from Parkinson’s uk and sent it to me too.

I had a hip operation a year ago and despite excellent NHS services am still not fully mobile. I therefore decided to try home physio group and have been impressed by this well regulated companyi, which employs physios who come to the patient's home, thereby not only saving the patient a difficult journey but enabling the physio to assess the home environment and suggest solutions to the problems. Damien was both friendly and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending the service.

So glad I found Home Physio for my mum needing help after having a knee replacement op. Damien was knowledgeable and super patient with my mum. Wonderful that he could come to the house rather than my mum struggle to external appointments. She had the initial consultation and then 5 sessions. Knee replacement on other knee will go ahead in the new year and I’ll be booking Damien up again!

Very pleased with appointment, prompt and polite and my ankle was feeling much better within two days, still continuing with my exercises.

I cannot praise Chi Lok Ken Hong (known as Ken) enough in what he has achieved with my 90 year old mother who broke her hip in early September. The promised NHS community package of care post discharge has still not materialised (2 months later), but due to mum’s struggling, we contacted Home Physio who responded quickly to mum’s needs and arranged for Ken to see her within a week of contact. Initially she was struggling to even get out of a chair, but with Ken’s guidance, over 6 weeks she is now basically fully mobile again, is walking with just a stick, going up and down stairs, and going out and about with a walker. Ken has been amazing. He has been excellent at explaining all exercises and has been encouraging at every stage. He has been professional but warm and kind in his approach, instilling confidence. My mother has valued his praise. He has always been on time and kept us informed. He has always followed through almost immediately on sending links to exercises. It is obvious he is passionate about his work. We are so pleased we found him. He has given mum back her independence. Thank you so much.

Great Service and a great physio in Sanjiv.

Diana was a god send for my Dad. She was warm friendly and very professional. She managed to get my Dad mobile after a bad fall. She was so lovely dealing with my Dad and did things at his pace, she put a smile on his face helping him walk and get about. She was very knowledgeable with the exercises my Dad did to help him walk and get his foot moving. I would recommend Diana and the company to anyone.
