Good quality, custom size worked great. Good customer service.

Purchased two pillow cases and a sleep mask. Package showed up torn and damaged on one side. The delivery driver, delivered the package to my wife and I believe delivered the package upside down to hide the damage. Company policy states that I I’m responsible if I accept a damaged package. This is not the companies fault but now I have spend hundreds of dollars and don’t have anything to show for it. Customer service stated their policy and that’s that. My fault overall.
:Update, After reading the response I got from customer service after making this review, I feel like I was heard and responded to like the business cares.
The situation is unfortunate but I now feel better about it.

Product: Ok. Very heavy, so hard to regularly turn, which is required with wool mattresses. You need 2 people to move it.
Price: Overpriced. Purchased similar product from another brand made in USA. Same quality, half the price. Home of Wool say it's free delivery, but they include the delivery fee in their price, so it's not free. The price difference with competition is not due to higher quality or luxury, but just delivery fees hidden in the product price.

I purchased the wool sleep mat. I like to be down low on the floor when I sleep. I find it’s better for my back. I absolutely love the sleep mat. I can feel the support of the floor at the same time that I have some softness and protection underneath me. I love the feel of the wool underneath me because it’s soft and it also breathes.The mat is clearly handmade with care and attention to detail. I also purchased the carry bag with the strap which is very useful because at night I store the mat in its bag and I have also traveled with it. I highly recommend this sleep mat. It’s well worth the price.

Beautifully made with really nice options

We've bought a wool play mat for our baby. She's very happy when she plays on it. We love it that it has custom dimentions and perfectly fits in the living room giving maximum room for the baby.
We bought the cotton cover and we're also very happy with its quality. It's sturdy and durable.
We chose Home of Wool because the play mat they offer is 100% natural and it fully met and even exceeded our expectations. Overall we're very happy with everything.

I ordered four mattress toppers in two different sizes from Home of Wool and am happy with them! I was looking for natural wool materials for the health of my family. I also received excellent customer service as I reached out to them with a question. I definitely purchase from them again.

Easy to work with despite the distance, Home of Wool fulfilled all of its obligations to us. The mattress itself (4 inches) is very comfortable and is what we had been looking for -- a firm mattress that nevertheless supports the sleeper and makes one feel cocooned. While expensive, it seems clear from the construction that it will last for a very long time. Overall, a great experience.

I purchased a beautiful wool duvet and it has become my favorite thing. It’s custom and the craftsmanship is beautiful. The cotton fabric is smooth and comfy and the wool is both cooling and warm. I love that Home of Wool doesn’t spray anything on the blanket so there’s no need to wash before use. And it smells nice. It’s an everyday item on my bed. I love my wool duvet!

ordered a 3" firm mattress for my child's upper bunk of her bed. at first it seemed it was not properly sized, but i was reassured by the team that it just needed time to decompress and expand - surely enough after a bit of pressing (and fun jumping) the mattress was perfect. really happy with the product. delivery does take some time, as it is made-to-order but that is okay if not in a hurry. understand it is quality materials, but it is on the pricier side. wish the price was a bit more affordable, so we can switch all of our bed's to this style mattress. will most likely purchase another of the same in the future.

The bumpers we ordered are exactly what we needed for my baby’s crib. She moves a lot in her sleep and would have been up against and with limbs hanging through the bars… that just wasn’t going to work for anyone’s sleep or sanity. There didn’t seem to be anything on the market here in the U.S. that was a natural material - all mesh and foam and synthetics. Was super pleased to find home of wool and rest assured my little girl can sleep comfortably in her crib now with natural, breathable materials.
