Just had our bay window shutters fitted they are excellent. Fitted by Tony who was very informative on how to work the shutters when they had been fitted. Very clean and tidy after installation . From quoting to installation everything was excellent.

Well I’ll try, here goes.

We ordered new shutters from Homely Blinds and Shutters roughly 12/13 weeks ago. I first spoke to Jayde on the telephone who arranged an appointment for Tony to come to our home to see us. Tony is a polite and friendly young man who knows his job and it came across that he loves what he does. His knowledge of shutters filled us with confidence and we didn’t hesitate to order and pay the deposit.

Throughout the time we waited for the shutters to arrive Laura sent us updates so we knew what was happening and set the time and date for installation.

19th May 2026 was booked for installation. I received a call on the day from Laura to ask if Tony and Jayde could come to our house a little earlier to install the shutters, of course I agreed. The communication with the Homely team I cannot fault, it was good throughout.

On arrival Tony and Jayde didn’t waste anytime in starting the work, and as the work progressed it became very clear what a fantastic team they are. Not only did we get a first class professional service, but they are a couple who know how to enjoy their job and are polite and friendly, with their customer’s. Tony has a great sense of humour and know how to make people laugh while remaining professional. I really enjoyed their company.

The quality and workmanship we received was first class, they are perfectionist’s at what they do and in my view the best in the business, their working relationship is commendable.

Jayde and Tony, Carry on being you, you certainly are an amazing couple who deliver a professional first class service and are fun into the bargain, something that is hard to come by in this day and age.

Blinds look wonderful- we are very happy with them.

From the initial visit to keeping us informed (via email) to the finished article, our experience with Homely was an all round positive one — just as Tony was about to leave after installing two separate blind screens, I mentioned that we’d gladly request for their services again.

Fab company from start to finish. Sales person that came out to measure was great and gave us all the information we needed. Laura Kept in touch with us with any changes to fitting. Tony is great, he came and fitted our shutters today and they are fabulous. Love them. Would not hesitate in using ‘Homely’ small local Norfolk company again.

From start to finish the service was first class.
Tony came out to measure all the windows and gave suggestions of type of blind might be best and why for each window. Even when I changed my mind about the type of blind he was very courteous and understood my reasons.
Lovely selection of colours patterns etc were in a book for me to decide. At no time did I feel under pressure or the feeling that hard sell approach was being used.
Quickly received a quotation, no pressure to accept or order immediately.
On fitting day Tony came with Jade and they were impeccable. Quick installation, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the blinds and how to use them.
I am really pleased with my blinds. I've never had anyone install blinds before and only ever used an online company where I had to measure and install myself. I certainly won't be going back to that. As for price I found Homely blinds very reasonably priced and quality extremely good.
I highly recommend Tony and Jade and also Laura who kept me informed throughout the process.

From a great quotation to installation I couldn't fault this family business.
Very good quality blinds. Expertly fitted. At a price that was hundreds of pounds cheaper than Hilary's blinds.
They absolutely went above and beyond. If only all companies were this competent and thoughtful.
