Still awaiting the reimbursement for the defective pillows.

In January 2026, we ordered diffuser oils from HoMedics. When we ordered, we did not request recurring shipments of products. Apparently, HoMedics deceptively buried an opt out for recurring shipments in their paperwork. In July, we received two unauthorized and unwanted small bottles of oils, which the company charged our previously used credit card over $68. When we took the bottles to UPS for a return and refund, we were told we were responsible for the $18 shipping cost. We twice reached out to HoMedics to provide prepaid return labels for these unauthorized shipments (separate boxes for each bottle). Charlotte, an extremely rude HoMedics representative, said the problem was our problem when I pointed out the deceptive practice of automatically signing up customers for recurring shipments without prior notification. Beware of HoMedics deceptive practices, and their unwillingness to stand behind their excessively priced products over a simple misunderstanding originating with a "gotcha" clause buried in their paperwork.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Homedics, and I'm surprised at the low ratings here. I initially bought one of their massagers through Best Buy. In less than a year, it stopped working. I didn't have the Best Buy receipt, but thought I would reach out to the company directly. They immediately offered to send a replacement, no questions asked. I can say that the replacement has been going over 2+ years strong now. I had such faith in this company, when I was looking for a massage gun to add for my needs, I immediately bought one from them. As long as they keep up the customer service I received, I'll always support that kind of American company.

I bought a humidifier and after 6 months plus it leaked while I was at work ruining new hardwood floors . From December 2025 to April 2026 they claimed they were testing it. I was notified yesterday that they found nothing wrong after 5 months and I could receive a new machine or take the old one back for a refund at Costco. Unbelievable scam.

The noise machine helps me fall asleep so much faster especially in a noisy apartment. Variety of sounds is great

Product didn't last more than a year.

Bought Homedics Foot Spa online from Chemist Warehouse. Bubble functions poorly and only on left foot and heating near useless. Sent email to Homedics on day received, got auto acknowledgement then nothing. Sent two more emails, no response. Chemist Warehouse contacted not interested. Put 1 * review on their web site and almost immediately got a response saying they couldn't find my emails! Sent them proof of purchase and was then told they would send mailing labels to return product and replace it. I then had to confirm my address and then nothing after 3 weeks and 3 follow up emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Terrible support.

The product I ordered stopped working after a few weeks. I’ve been emailing back and forth with support for 2 months and still have not received a replacement or refund. Instead I’ve been asked to jump through multiple hoops with delays of a week or more before hearing back.

The support is pathetic and the product quality is terrible.

Scammers!

I received a defective product and customer service has ignored all my messages and not resolved the issue (going on a month and counting now). Emails ignored, phone # unreachable (says “user busy” every time and cant get through), social media ignores messages as well.

I will preface by saying that Homedics has some great products, however when issues arise with the products the customer service is non-existent. I had a product arrive damaged and contacted them immediately upon receipt, it is going on 2 months and they have yet to respond or resolve the issue. Horrible and would not recomend.

The massager broke after 10 months and they refused to replace it with their warranty by using a loophole.

The battery stopped working after not being used for a while. Plus battery is irreplaceable so we have to throw the whole thing away. Really disappointed with the massage gun.

My wife purchased the Drift 21 sand machine for me for Christmas 2023. In less than 18 months it developed a bubble that shows under the sand in all the designs. I contacted Customer Support (they neither care nor support) and since it was 6 months past warranty they offered no solutions or accommodations. Buyer beware! I’m finished with HoMedics products and hope others will drop them too

my aircleaner filter is needing replacement,Homedics AT-75, they say no longer serviced,another product into the waste stream due to now being useless,had i known,i would have purchased many filters,NOW locally there will be from sand mining rare earths the dust of uranium,thorium and lead,just when i need the product i bought,NO SUPPORT.

I've had enough! I spent two hundred bucks on a piece of junk, didn't I? It broke down in less than a week, and customer service isn't responding to my messages!

The owner is rude and was out of line with the neighbor of his client. I have family in CA and I’m putting them on alert to not use this company!

GIVEN A PRESENT OF A NEW HOMEDICS FOOT MASSAGER , AFTER 20 USES HEAT PACKED UP THEN UNIT FAILED COMPLETELY. (LESS THAN 25 USES !!! ( JUST LOOKED UP THE PRICE AND FOUND THE UNIT HAD COST £69 - AN EXPEWNSIVE WASTE OF MONEY -DONT TOUCH SUCH BAD PRODUCTS

Duplicate order by mistake. I tried to cancel the second order straight away on the day, but they still went ahead and shipped both orders.
On the second order, the foot wrap and wrist support wrap were faulty.
I have sent more than 10 emails within the past two weeks but no response from the customer service. And still haven’t refunded me.
