Alongside a fantastic collection of handmade products by local makers, we stock a huge range of branded art and craft supplies, quality hobby tools, model-making essentials, and an extensive selection of Warhammer miniatures, Citadel Colour paints, and accessories from brands such as Vallejo, AK Interactive and Green Stuff World. Before sending this review I emailed the company about these issues, twice. I've had no response at all. I'm therefore having to reorder elsewhere, and will keep pushing for a refund.
I recommend that you do not use this supplier.

Julia, since this review, we’ve emailed you several times with resolution options — including a full refund if you'd prefer to return the items you had issues with, or a partial refund if you'd like to keep them.
While the issue wasn’t caused by a fault on our end, we still wanted to help and provide a fair resolution. Unfortunately, we haven’t had any response to our follow-up emails — we’re not sure if the messages have gone astray again, but our inbox remains open and we’d still love the opportunity to put things right if we can.
Customer satisfaction is really important to us, and we always try our best to make sure no one is left feeling disappointed so we do hope you’ll be able to get back in touch.

Probably the most dangerous one considering it sells yarn for crochet and Warhammer for plastic crack.
Can confirm that the staff in there are lovely as well.
