Cognitive testing revealed that both resistance training and aerobic exercise contributed to improvements in cognition at 6 months. This course provides treatment techniques and exercise protocols using resistive bands for therapists involved in neurological rehabilitation to go back to their treatment environments and immediately be able to utilize these techniques.
