Had a 4 camera set up fitted today by Jamie,
Fantastic service from start to finish, was fully explained where was best for the cameras to go to cover areas needed,and after instalation was guided through the settings on how to use on my mobile and also on the TV, carnt recommend this family run company enough and thanks again to Jamie for a top proffesional job.👍👌🏻

Had a 3 camera system fitted by Home CCTV 3yrs ago from the first initial enquiry to the actual fitting we found them to be polite and very knowledgeable. The system we chose is simple to use and easy to navigate wether that's on our tv or via the mobile phone app.
We recently had some building work done and had to reboot the system as the builders had to disconnect the system not been technically minded a quick call to there technical helpline where we spoke to a very polite and helpful assistant soon had our system up and running again.
I would not hesitate to recommend Home CCTV to anyone who were looking for a home security system

I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. No pushy sales, you get exactly what you want. (I purchased 4 replacement camera's and had a extra 1 fitted in my shed). Everything is explained upfront, no hidden extras, the price they quote is the price you pay. Communication is excellent throughout the process, they turn up on time and crack on with the job. Couldn't leave this review without hi-lighting their customer service/after care service as being nothing less than amazing. (Something I find very rare these days) this company really does offer you the full package. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 😁😁😁

Very disappointed originally we asked for 3 camera with discount £1200 but decided we only wanted one. Got no discount paid top wack £740 for a one bog standard camera. They took out our Facebook review. won’t use or recommend them they sell the sales pitch perfectly but it’s not as it seems I’m afraid. Look closely at the google reviews there are more negative posts. They were miffed because we changed our minds from 2 then 3 to having only one camera so they charged us top price for the one with no discounts nothing and finally yes we did have a payment plan on the 3 but your assistant or rep rang us asking for the remaining balance paying after only a few days after installation on the one camera fact

These guys have never let me down I’ve recently moved and it was no trouble at all for them to fit me in, the guy today 30/11/24 whose name is Joel couldn’t have been more helpful & polite he kept me informed of arrival time when he arrived asked me were to put camara’s also best place for cables to go very neat job done plus he also hooverd his mess up. So anybody thinking of having camera’s installed these guys are very professional, helpful from on site survey to installation.

I’ve had cameras installed for a while now. I can honestly say the after service is brilliant.
I have used what’s app when I’ve had a couple of small issues, and within seconds I have a person ( Jack ) literally sending me videos or messages that has completely sorted it out.
I wish every company had customer service like this. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

jack and his team have always given me the best professional help .I had a new mobile and i had also unplugged something ! ( i am not the best tech person ! )I got in touch with Jack and the next day a lovely guy called Trev turned up sorted mobile and wires and he helped me find footage of a thief stealing a plant pot from my garden !!! Well done guys i highly recommend this company

Had some cameras and alarms installed back in June. Did have a problem with 1 of the cameras not working. Although getting them out to come look at it and fix it wasn't the greatest. They have been out and found it to be a faulty connector and fixed it within 10 mins of turning up.

I just wanted to say that I had an installation a couple of years ago now. Whenever I have needed anything at all, ie help with videos etc Jack in Support has been there to help me. He is a real asset to the Company. The After Service is so important. I would fully recommend the company based on Jack’s knowledge and support alone.

What can I say very professional service and installation of 3 CCTV cameras. Was shown how the recording device works well recommend.

I decided to have CCTV fitted after my neighbours kids damaged my car on numerous occasions with a basketball, also due to the growing number of car thefts and burglaries in the area.
I had the camera’s fitted in around June 2022 I had seen home CCTV reviews and adverts on Facebook and they did not have one bad review .
As a single woman I was nervous asking them round for a visit as I didn’t want to feel under any pressure and just wanted a quote . They were amazing . No hard sale and I was given a really good quote .
I decided to have cameras fitted front and back and the installation was quick and efficient . I am not good with tech and the technician took time to sit and show me how to work it and also set up my mobile phone .
Approx a year ago I decided to upgrade to better night camera’s and again they were great .
What I do like is that I have had a few issues with my mobile and within 10 minutes of messaging them they have sorted it out for me remotely so the aftercare is top quality .
I would highly recommend to anyone wanting CCTv fitted or even just for a quote to see how much it would cost . I definitely feel safer in my own home .
It’s also nice to support local businesses especially when they are out pricing the bigger companies .

Had my install more than 12 months ago and I have to say the support has been outstanding they are moments away from replying to your questions with their (UK Based) support. No automated queuing systems, proper down to earth reliable UK support and quickly sorted. They didn’t quibble when something needed replacing either, they even did it when I was on holiday! Throughly Trustworthy

We called Homecctv regarding an extra camera, when Trevor arrived he checked our other two cameras prior to fitting our third, which he mentioned the upgrade cameras. After viewing one of the colour and audio cameras I chose to upgrade. I must say Trevor was helpful informing and professional in all his duties. Really pleased with the professional advice and workmanship. Happy customer.

Just had an additional camera fitted, and upgraded two existing camera's, Kevin who came to install these additions is very good at what he does, lovely guy an very tidy, you wouldn't know he'd been. I would recommend Home CCTV every time.
Picture quality is second to none too.

We've been a client for several years it's a first class company providing first class service throughout.
Provides excellent systems with a personal service and no sales pressure, nothing is too much trouble.
