An excellently built solid chair with a good choice of material. I was able to choose height, width and depth - which is perfect for my elderly father, who is 6'3'' and has knee problems. Value for money. The chair was built and delivered speedily. I would happily recommend!

The delivery was actually late, but this is understandable given the Covid-19 context; otherwise, the chair itself is a God-send!

A brilliant company to deal with, so friendly and helpful. I needed a thinner cushion than the one supplied, they supplied this cushion free of extra charge.
The chair is very well constructed and is exactly the type recommended by the hospital physio, so now I can sit comfortably and get out so easily.

Rebecca was brillliant. I got the measurements wrong and the chair was too big. But she was very reassuring and couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The chair was taken away within two days and I received another one within three weeks which was ideal.

We wanted to support a British company and we were not disappointed. Choice and quality of chairs is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful when you ring ensuring you make the best purchase for your needs. We got a day and time for our delivery and our chair came on time with a friendly delivery man.
We did have a small problem with the chair that was rectified very quickly to our full satisfaction.

Came across this site when searching for 2 wing chairs as 'members of the public'and realised the opportunities to choose fabric, height, width etc were far greater than the 'one size' chairs offered by the usual retailers.
The price was good and the delivery speed excellent.
The 2 chairs speedily arrived as ordered but ....problems...they were just not comfy for us (too upright, not the relaxing shape of a fireside chair that we wanted).
We spent a couple of frustrating weeks making no progress but then spoke to Mark Whelan the MD, who immediately grasped the concept of our needs and, with a very fair cost uplift, we agreed on our tweaked chair design.
New chairs duly arrived, they look great, are wellmade, relaxing and comfy and as far removed from the typical care-home chair style as possible.
So, to bespoke your chair over and above the website options at a very equitable price is clearly possible.
Their fabric choices are amazing.
Their delivery drivers are wonderful and thank you Mark for your input.
I'm glad we persevered and we now sit very comfortably on totally uniquely designed chairs hence giving the 5 * review.

Ordered chair and it was dispatched very quickly after ordering (within 2 weeks I think). Unfortunately chair arrived 10 days after courier picked it up (not Homecarechair’s fault) - Homecairchairs were very quick and responsive to my email. Chair arrived and is great quality and my dad (who has dementia) can get up out of it much easier - well worth the wait. Would not hesitate to use Homecarechair’s again.

Order process okay however delivery details were not great. Tracking poor and had to call a few times to get info. No advance notice of delivery slot received so just by luck I was home when delivery arrived.
Love the chair though it’s perfect for my son and quality appears very good.
