Product as described but very poor customer service , emails and calls not returned, I had no idea when item would be delivered , asked to be notified but unfortunately item turned up out of the blue and had to be left outside for several hours

Good chair for the elderly - well made and comfortable. Delivery as stated and problem free

I bought a no-frills fireside chair covered in chenille to help my recovery from a hip replacement. It was safely delivered within the specified time. In terms of its orthopaedic purpose it works well, and it is pleasant enough to look at. I just wish I'd spent a bit more and had a softer covering. Also I went for the petite size, which feels about an inch too low, and were i buying again I would choose regular. It's easier to put a folded blanket on the floor than it is on the seat of the chair.

Brilliant that you can adapt the chair to suit your requirement .

Chair looks great and is comfortable, came with a pressure relief cushion unfortunately it's unclear which is which slight lack of communication regarding delivery delay

My mother-in-law is very pleased with her new chair, the delivery man was very good, unwrapped it and placed it exactly where it was needed. Only one criticism- it would have been better to have known it was being delivered the day before, I received the email to say it was arriving that day at 8.30am and it was delivered at 9.30am luckily my mother-in-law was home.

I ordered two chairs and a footstool for my elderly parents and they are so happy with them. I needed them in a short time and thank you for helping me achieve that. Great customer service and delivery.

One of the arms was unglued, but as we needed to get it to Mums, it was easily fixed. A robust chair that she finds comfortable. Maybe just double check arms/joints at point of packing.

ArmChair was delivered damaged, collection of damaged goods was scheduled for the next day, I waited in all day no collection. Another day was scheduled for collection, again another day lost, no collection. I have phoned and asked for this very large box to be collected, I am now 18 days on, still nothing.

I ordered a chair from Homecarechairs for my elderly mother who was having trouble getting out of her chair. The chair arrived within the given timescale.
The chair itself is well made and good quality and my mother can now get out her chair much easier given the extra height and the wooden ends on the arms.
