I bought a Franz Porcelain Canna Lily cup, saucer and spoon. Ordered from Australia and delivered ten days later in perfect condition. I would definitely buy again.

After seeing a price for an item I’m shopping for that was too good to be true, used Google maps to check out their address with the street view. All I see on this street is residential apartment buildings no commercial locations.

I ordered 4 Camlynn dinner forks but received 4 Colonial Boston forks. I've left 2 voicemails & 1 email on their customer service line & have had no response from them. Now their customer service phone number says it's out of service

They are scammers!!!! I received an email from them saying they are going to steal my card information!!!

Absolute garbage. Very poor quality rip off merchandise.

If I could give a zero stars, I would. This business is unreputable. I bought an item that didn't send after 7 days. I asked when it would. No response. I asked again. No response but that they would try to have it sent from the UK directly to me. Clearly, they didn't have it in stock.

So, I asked for a refund and Josh wrote me a condescending, "no, my dear" reply. Who calls their custom "my dear?" when their customer is clearly upset that a gift they purchased is not available.

Please avoid this shop if you want a gift to arrive in time for an event and please very carefully read their policies, which say "most" and "should," rather than "all" and "will" because they will hold you to the fact that yours fell outside the most or should.

Awful customer service. Do not trust this website at all. Likely fake products and a scam. I purchased an item and paid $40 for "expedited shipping." After 3 days never receieved confirmation that the product shipped. I asked to cancel, and they would not, based on their "terms" that state 7-10 days to process. No where on their checkout page does it say that it may take 7-10 days to process the order.

Ordered an item that arrived 5 months late, then got shortchanged on my refund. Customer service was rude and not helpful.

Never never buy from this website. They sold me merchandise that was not in stock and after 3 unreturned phone calls to their customer service line I filed a chargeback with my bank. After I filed the chargeback they reached out to me via email threatening that I would regret it if I didn’t cancel the chargeback. The next day I got a voicemail from an anonymous number threatening me with violence. Please do not shop here.

Placed an order for flatware. Upon receiving the order confirmation it was “backordered” I contacted them several times with no response, to cancel my order. Several months later the original order was delivered. I emailed them asking for a return label, as I no longer needed the items and was accused of “buying something I could not afford” and “stealing from their family.” They also attempted to charge my credit card again for the same order completely unauthorized. I have never interacted with such an unprofessional company in my life. They even went as far to call my phone 57 times when they realized that I had disputed the charge with my credit card company. Thankfully I made my purchase on a major trusted credit card and was able to take action against them. Do not do business with this nightmare of a company!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. My purchase was backordered, and I had zero communication about it. I spent a regrettable amount of time emailing and logging in to try to determine the status. It was eventually cancelled, and all that follow-up and waiting was for nothing. Awful!

Ordered a charm that was poor quality and below expectations when compared to its description. Tried to contact customer service with no success. Was contacted by a representative from the business after involving my credit card company. to be cursed at by the representative, if that’s what you could call him.
Avoid this business and it’s sub-par products.

Crappy customer service from Josh. He will not accept returns or exchanges. I would not do any business with this company whatsoever. Pass it on

The prices for the chain I was looking for was 1100 below msrp. Site looked legit so I ordered. After reading some nightmare reviews I tried to refund. Josh called me up saying it shipped out from his supplier that day and was very familiar with me on the phone. I figured we will see what comes at this point. Josh was super responsive and helpful in my case sending emails updates and being transparent. My piece came in direct to me and I immediately went to my jeweler to confirm the product I ordered was what I got. They confirmed everything looked good and it was even from the same supplier they used. I told them the price I paid which was around 1620. They stated that they wouldn't even be able to buy necklace from the supplier at that price. I was super happy and was finally at peace after stressing myself out after reading those negative reviews. When It comes to the jewelry he uses reputable suppliers to get you the best price

Most of what happened with other customers happened with our order (Feb 2025) saying it was backordered, communicated through email multiple times and said it was in stock 5 months later but was having a problem getting the product.

I looked up reviews (July 2025) from here.

Then they text messaged instead of calling and I called. Left a message. Called back to back to see if they'd pick up. No answer. Something was off at this point.

The texter finally did call me and Josh said he was the owner. I explained everything, he said I didn't get charged (which I hadn't yet...which was odd) and that after seeing reviews I was going to order from another place.

He said all the bad reviews had been going on for years and called awful names and then started cursing them so I hung up. He tried calling back again but I blocked.

Anyway I wouldn't recommend.

Avoid this company completely - they are entirely dishonest and the company is a scam. They sent an item to me after I had expressly told them not to, and refused to cancel the order. I was able to get a refund through my credit card (after providing email evidence), and so they charged me again without my permission- I got the charge reversed again, but life is too short to waste on these people.

They sent me what looks like a toy necklace & keys, I ordered two keys and a chain, what they sent had to be toys. After I emailed about a refund, the replied by cursing me with many very nasty curse words and accused me of trying to take money from their family.
