Fast, accurate service. Three perfect ornaments, one damaged and incomplete (a missing ribbon for hanging and a broken trunk). The cost of the broken one was quickly refunded, no fuss, but it was a shame that I could not get a replacement of the same or a different elephant, I did not understand the insurance issue that meant the another elephant could not be resent.

Firstly we are pleased our service was up to scratch and that the 3 ornaments that arrived safely are doing the job. We are truly sorry we were unable to replace the one damaged in transit and therefore had to refund the monies but at least, as you say, the team did that quickly.

Phew! We are so pleased the Cosy Manto Teapot arrived safely. Given it is ceramic we always do try to pack items like it as well as we can as we know they sometimes have bumpy journeys!
We do hope the Bredemeijer Manto will give you many years if of pleasure, please do remember just to hand-wash to clean it, a gentle rub over with a soft cloth in warm soapy water and then a good rinse is perfect, please do avoid the dishwasher :-).

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My order arrived quickly. I need to clarify that the actual goods I ordered weren't perfect. That's not HomeArama's fault though. I ordered Remember socks in size 36-41. I'm a 37 and already they are a big baggy round the toes and in time I suspect they will turn out to be too big. That's the trouble with size ranges this large. I should know better.
