So pleased it was what you wanted and that the Remember Lys Tealight Lanterns turned up quickly and safely. Being glass we are always nervous about them surviving a journey so do pack them well! I fully understand your frustration, believe me we too share it. Sometimes things just seem horribly jinxed and, in this case, multiple delivery issues just piled on top of other to cause a nightmare for all. The delivery from the manufacturer to the Italian warehouse was badly delayed due to issues in the Red Sea. Then other orders gained priority over ours pushing our despatch date back. In Europe further delays occurred outside of our control and caused by Brexit. Then to cap it all the UK carrier was a week late!
We make no excuse, the logistics were indeed outside of our control, but, having looked at our email communication to you, 15/4, 30/4, 2/5 and 21/6, we certainly could have done better especially the gap between 2/5 and 21/6. I apologise unreservedly for this.
Without wanting to further light the touch paper I do hope the Mares glasses themselves met with expectations even if, on this occasion, our service level did not.

Simplicity for us is the key when shopping online so we do try to avoid gimmicks and complex navigation keeping it straightforward and clear so it's great to hear you found the site easy. Communication too is our focus especially with Elephant Parade all of which start their journey in Thailand and, since Covid, Brexit and, sadly, War, logistics have certainly become a little more challenging!!
Great design choice by the way, we love Tara Astamangala, great colours and style. Don't forget to make sure she faces a door or window to bring luck and fortune into your home.

They always let me know if they are waiting for stock to arrive. They tell me what date its due in and always ship when it's available. They also gave me the option of changing to a different one in stock if I needed it sooner. Great Company. I always order in advance anyway

Good product, poorly packaged
Good product, quickly delivered - but inadequate packaging meant that the box containing it was squashed; luckily the product was ok but as a gift it didn't look good.

We are so sorry the box got crushed during the delivery process. We do make every effort to ensure our packaging keeps the product safe whilst not overdoing it and wasting material. We use the best courier services we can find but, unfortunately, sometimes the handling does get a little excessive. Thanks; a short, precise and very positive review :-). The Bosign LapTrays have been a staple product for us for some time now, we hope the 2 you have chosen meet expectations. The cushion can be removed and machine washed, no worries, but please do not soak or immerse the top in water, simply wipe clean with a soft damp cloth as that protects the non-slip coating

Despite delivery problems beyond HomeArama's control we were kept uptodate with the situation. Problems in the middle east continue to inpact on shipping.
homeArama sent the elephant by traked delivery in view of the delay. When the elephant arrived my wife was very pleased.

In terms of delivery problems they are, as you rightly say, out of our control and extremely frustrating for all. From Brexit to the Middle East we face not just delays but increasing costs some of which we are forced to pass on, some we absorb. The Elephant Parade Replicas for instance faced a 6% Duty imposition once Brexit kicked in!
We are just grateful for the amazing support and understanding our customers, like you, show us, thank you :-) and we continue to do our best.
