Issue solved
Saxo has a very strict policy and sometimes can be very inconvenient to clients. I had a problem with my Saxo account but thanks to Charlotte from Client Service who helped me solve the problem promptly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solve the issue immediately.

Excellent customer service
Patrick was very helpful and patient and talked me through how to do a trade. He was very polite, not condescending, and he has a sense of humor. I was extremely happy to talk to such a pleasant young man in person and not to a robot.

Morten solved all my issues
I had an unresolved issue with Saxo for a few days via online chat and message. I decide to call instead and I had the lucky coincidence of speaking with Morten on the phone. He was amazingly helpful, provided the information I needed, and solved my issue. It’s very rare to find such an amazing service representative who understands my problem and solves it. I am grateful for the amazing support.
Edit: immediately after this positive experience with Saxo I have had nothing but a terrible experience. I sent funds from Saxo on the 6th of December and now as of 20th December I have not received the funds in my bank account.
Saxo is telling me there is an issue with an intermediary bank somewhere but are unable to give me an update or return my funds.
I am not sure if Saxo is having compliance issues but I really don’t think I can trust Saxo with my funds after this issue. The least I would expect from a brokerage js the ability to receive and send back my funds without problems. I keep calling customer service who keep telling me they will ping the payment services team and call me back. I then never receive a call back. I have responded to the payment team email multiple times and have not received a response from them in 5 days. People keep telling me they are working on it, but have no resolution to my issue. In my decades of banking experience and having accounts in 5 countries, I have never ever faced an issue as ridiculous as this where my money disappears and a sending bank is unable to do anything about it.
