Alhamdulillah I have completed my umrah now, it was a surreal experience I will never forget. The service from Hamad was excellent and he checked up on me throughout the journey making sure I landed safely and got to where I needed to. He gave me excellent hotels, and offered me a good competitive price considering I booked very last minute. One tip I would like advise people on is, if you think you might want to make adjustments to you package after you have paid, e.g. flights hotels etc do ask them if you can pay a fee ontop so you can edit your plans without them charging extra, and if you have a certain preference about your plane seats do mention what seats you would like to them to select for you. Other than that it was an excellent and easy experience.

I have booked my Umrah tickets with this company, and I must say they provide some of the most patient customer service I have ever experienced.

We faced a few issues during the booking process because we were not living in the same city and had to arrange everything online. Despite these challenges, Arman remained patient, professional, and dealt with the situation respectfully throughout.

I would especially like to recommend both Arman and Farhan for their extraordinary customer service, polite manner, and friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly.
