The order went to a different state and…

The order went to a different state and when I emailed customer service with screenshots of both the E-receipt with the correct shipping address and the tracking that said that it was delivered in the different state, customer service gave me the same tracking and said that it was delivered to my mailbox in which I stated that it was a different state and city. They gave me the same response 2 more times before they finally gave me a different response, asking if I still want the items and that they will ship the items and they also said that they were going to give me a new tracking but they didn't. 12 days later I wanted a refund and then they finally gave me the tracking and said that it was already shipped. The worst customer service and experience. Would not want to shop or recommend this shop ever.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not order from Holyfaithwear. I ordered 2 sweatshirts & a Tshirt in August. I received a tracking email that it delivered in Ohio at a PO Box. I live in AZ & l've emailed with screenshots of my receipt that have my shipping address and have gotten no response. I gave them an opportunity to make it right so l've now disputed the charges with my bank. Next to contact the BBB.

Place I ordered said they were from…

Place I ordered said they were from Texas! Shirts came from Italy! I ordered a 2 x to be big and it fits like a large! !it took forever to get it as well!

Fabric quality.

The photo appears to be a sweatshirt type fabric with the design embroidered. Instead, it was a synthetic/neoprene fabric with a printed design.

Great quality

Great quality, beautiful. Love them and they fit true to size. It did take a long time.e to get to me, but I had no idea they were coming from Spain
