We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you, and we completely understand how important it is that the sizes match your expectations.

On our size guide we do mention that the measurements are approximate, and sometimes there can be a small difference of 1–2 cm — but we also know it can still be disappointing when it’s not exactly what you expected.

We also want to reassure you that we’ve already replied to your emails with some suggested solutions, but it seems we haven’t heard back from you yet. It might be worth double-checking your inbox (and sometimes even the spam/junk folder, just in case) because we really don’t want you to feel left without support.

Please know that we definitely want to help and will make sure to find a solution that works for you. If you can reply to one of our messages whenever you have a moment, we’ll do our best to resolve this quickly and leave you happy with your purchase.

Could you please contact our team at info@holsper.com so we can look into this for you? If the delivery issue was caused by the courier (most commonly Royal Mail for our standard service), they will usually attempt redelivery in the coming days. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on your tracking link, or our team will be happy to help you track and update your delivery options.

Regarding your concern about the origin of the products — some of our items do come from our overseas manufacturing partners, including China. However, most of our range is stocked locally in our UK warehouse. As a small but growing company, we’re working hard to expand our local inventory so we can dispatch more orders directly from the UK.

We’d really like the chance to resolve this for you and make things right. Please get in touch so we can assist further.

Just to clarify, our super king sizes are as follows:
• Duvet cover: W 260cm x L 230cm
• Fitted sheet: W 180cm x L 200cm x D 25cm
• Flat sheet: W 245cm x L 270cm

If the sizing feels too large, it’s possible there may be a mismatch somewhere. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at info@holsper.com with the exact measurements of your mattress and duvet – we’ll be more than happy to look into this and find a solution for you!

We’re sorry to hear the delivery felt a bit slow. Just to clarify, most of our products are made on-demand, which usually takes 1–5 business days before they’re ready to ship. This eco-friendly production approach helps reduce waste and supports sustainability.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

- For UK orders: approx. 5–7 business days after production
- For USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international locations: approx. 3–10 business days
