K-Beauty met een plus
Snel geleverd, heel verzorgd en persoonlijk, leuke samples. Andere winkels hebben soms ruimere keuze maar hier krijg ik altijd heel veel waar voor mn geld. Een beetje zoals in Korea zelf ;)

Thank you for finding time and writing a review here. We are truly sorry that you had such an experience. Please note the following: we shipped out your order on that same day as it was received. The tracking information was sent to your email. PostNL made a delivery attempt and as you most likely weren't home, they sent it to the PostNL collection point. You usually have 7 days to pick it up which you didn't do and it was sent back to us as a result. We will gladly refund you immediately. We truly believe that we couldn't do more at this point and thus don't consider ourselves responsible for your negative experience.

Nice, fast and sweet
The delivery was in a day which is awesome. The package was nicely wrapped and so many testers were added. The best part was receiving a handwritten thank you card with the package!! It just shows how much effort is being put in every delievery. The products are a bit pricey, however, I don't think I could've gotten them for cheaper where I live. All in all a really nice experience and I will definitely make future purchases!!
