Disappointed
I was initially very excited to order through Holly & Co for what was intended to be a meaningful wedding gift, but unfortunately the experience became disappointing once the artwork arrived.
The main issue was the final quality of the piece compared to the price paid. While I understand handmade artwork can vary, parts of the image appeared poorly finished and lacked the level of detail and refinement shown in the promotional examples. The result was not something I felt comfortable presenting as an important gift.
What frustrated me most was the lack of communication before dispatch. I was never contacted to discuss any potential quality concerns with the uploaded image, despite being told afterwards that the source image may have contributed. The image I supplied was neither especially small nor blurry, and if there were concerns, I would have expected to be informed before production started.
I was also disappointed that no preview or draft was provided before the artwork was shipped. Had I seen the final result beforehand, I would have raised concerns immediately and potentially avoided the situation altogether.
Customer service responses were polite, but overall the experience did not match expectations given the premium pricing and emphasis on quality. Sadly, the finished piece could not be used for the occasion it was purchased for.

Each of our Co's, the small businesses on our site, works in their own unique style, which is reflected in the examples shown on the product page. The Co will create a commissioned piece with your trust in them to use their signature style in interpreting the source material, and from what we can see, this piece reflects the style and quality demonstrated in the photos of previous commissions.
While a sketch was shared and approved before the final work began, which our Co offers as part of their process, final proofs aren't something that's included as standard, and this will always be clear in the product information before ordering. Many Co's will be happy to offer this on request, which can offer the peace of mind that the final piece will be exactly aligned with your expectations.
We're sorry that you felt that the piece wasn't right for the occasion, but I hope you'll be keen to continue supporting small businesses in future. Team Holly & Co x
Fab customer service
I have ordered a few items from this site. Not only have the items I have purchased been beautiful but the customer services have also been fab. When I changed my mind about an item not only did they get back to me super fast but I was offered multiple options to try and resolve my purchase. I will certainly be buying again form Holly and co.

I ordered a personalised sign for a friend and gave an idea of the design, i quickly received three beautiful options to chose from and when I picked my design they sent the final product to me (which was perfect!). Grace has been really friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Holly &co were fast at getting the item…
Holly &co were fast at getting the item delivered. There was an issue with dpd, however staff went above and beyond to get the item to me on time! They kept emailing me to inform me of the next steps, which is all anyone wants. Thank you so much to the staff who dealt with me. I would definitely order again x

Amazing experience - LOVE LOVE LOVE
The most amazing and thoughtful company!! I bought two gifts for close friends of mine that where both personalised. It was super easy to send my images to the customer service team and they kept me updated throughout the process. Both of my friends said it was their best gift this year - they got the likeness perfectly!! Just a wonderful business that really really cares about its customers and makers xx

Excellent customer service. I wasn't sure about the product I received and I was able to send it back and got a quick refund. A really nice experience provided by nice people. This is a shop you can trust.

Holly and Co is my go-to for gifts and house decor. The standard of their sellers’ products is very high and I love that the products are so unique. I prefer to support small businesses, especially hand-made, and many are female founders. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in years also. Highly recommend!

Great experience ... But please allow customers to leave reviews on Holly&Co
After searching for a special gift for my hubby, I made my first purchase on the Holly&Co website on Sunday. All 3 items (purchased from different sellers) arrived by Friday, each packed with care and extending their thanks for my purchase. The whole process was very straightforward & positive.
Why the 4 stars though.... Well, I would have loved to have had the opportunity to leave a review for each of the sellers. Not only does it feedback to the maker/designer that their item was happily received and beautifully crafted & designed, but it also gives confidence to potential future customers to go ahead with a purchase. I say this inparticular because one of the items I purchased was £90. Not a cheap price, but having received it I can certainly see that the craftsmanship involved in making the piece is worth the price tag. I must admit I was in two minds to make that particular purchase because there were no reviews available from fellow customer, but I chose to take a risk. I'm over the moon with my purchase, and I'm more than sure my hubby is going to love it too when I gift it.
I do hope that Holly&Co moves forward with enabling customers to leave reviews against their purchase/maker (after all I'm not the first person to make such a comment here on Trust Pilot).

Awful service
Awful service - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again. On website it states 4-5 days for delivery but it’s actually near to 2 weeks. I ordered on 30th March and now have a Royal Mail message stating it will be delivered 11th April. I had to go and buy other presents as these didn’t arrive in time.
Customer service not taking ownership nor responsibility.
