Good friendly service, would recommend

the position of this hotel is unique- alone in a large bay
But what makes it is the people- excellent friendly staff who cant do enough to help you have a great time- excellent food-from fried breakfasts, to porridge, continental french , traditional German with sausages- fresh fruit- really amazing The rooms are a good size and the view amazing. Nice pathway all along the beach to San Augustin. A mixture of people- some disabled and caringly catered for- it is a very special place

The minute I arrived, Fran on reception, recognised me and helped me to my room, he always goes above and beyond.
The life guards are so friendly and professional,
Donna and the pool bar staff are great fun. I will definitely be back, nice clean rooms. Great situ.

went for 1 week lasted 1 day booked another apartment absolutely filthy and rude manageress well think that who it is as never met her just recieved her tongue down the phone repeatedly shouting at my wife 1 about complaining about the hot water being cold and the clear lovely water they meant to supply being brown yellow urine coloured which she said not possible and its good to bathe in which we have video of it running and pics on tripadvisor and all she could go on about was us sunbathing me naked and wife topless as she said not allowed and wife asked cleaner to clean bath ring round it from dirty water only to be told supermarket close by. water heated up for a small burst every 30 mins honestly bad all round and dirty and was asked by member of staff for passports which we gave to him on this little hitleress shout and wen going out for dinner was approached by a smeely smoking young man with nice yellow nashers smiling at me asking for passports only for me to reply we have already submitted to a member of staff for him to proceed getting shirty and telling us he put us on street if dont give him now so which i replied no chance you got them you do your checks which he did only to find we were this time again in the right he could have spared me the fright of his smelly smile all he wanted to do was get our details and shut shop for ealry siesta and a smoke any way we moved out last night and found a nice place in the same area and will now enjoy the holiday and proceed to tell friends and family to avoid avoid avoid this caroni apartments as only way to hit hitleress is in the pocket and her smelly boyfriend. One of my worst experiences on a holiday rude staff ignorant people and the dirtiest apartments we been in smell of smoke constantly and the younger boy well his teeth looked Like he just polished a full 20 packet to himself only thing I regret is not meeting the mouth behind it all but again she a warrior behind the phone line little hitler send her dogs out while she sits back and hides typicall of these people but if I was reading this I would think twice about booking as we booked another place not far and it is night and day constant hot water a nice sized bath and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels.

this horel is amazing the food for me to say is drill even the show 5 out of 7 were good ........ anybody say this is a bad hotel is crazy .... i'm fussy but this was brill

We stayed for two weeks in Duplex en el Centro de Galdar Gran Canaria. The hostess was Iluminada This large house was perfect and a resonaable price. Every day we went for a walk using the buses, very cheap. Go and see the original Guanche wall paintings, preserved in the museum.
