Never received my confirmation booking
Never received my confirmation booking, flight tickets and customer service is terrible.
Ended up having to report to Barclaycard fraud department.
Avoid using this company I am surprised they are still allowed to trade.

It was a little difficult for me to hear the agent, Rio, at times which made the process a little slower than normal. Eventually made final payment. The Company tried to contact me by phone but they had an incorrect mobile number which I did notify them about back in December 2023. Don't think they had updated it.
All was resolved when I contacted them after their email notification.

Avoid this company at ALL costs. Absolute rubbish. I booked a deal with them in December and they were quick to take my money. I was authorised a refund on 12th December 2023 and to this day (23/02) I have still not received it. I have had all the nonsense excuses, ""accounts department have processed it, Luke is not in the office today and he is dealing with it, it will hit your account in 3-5 working days, we will call you back today with an update, I promise you the refund will hit your account today""
Absolute cowboys....better to pay a little extra and go with a reputable company. They go hard on the selling tactics but the minute there is a problem they run the marathon. Also rude and hang up on you..!

Staged payments
Final payment was taken efficiently by Rio, and the online payment system is secure, but the process of making and confirming all three staged payments was quite onerous. Hopefully now the holiday goes well!

Would give 0 stars. Sent an official complaint asking for an SAR report till today no one has got back. Holiday package gone wrong promise everything when selling when you get there nothing. Refuse to take accountability even the head office don’t care. Trading standards need to take a hold of these .
Booking Nightmare
They advertised a 4star hotel holiday in Prague for what appeared to be a good price.Turned out the hotel was 3 star.when booking on the phone their aggressive selling technique convinced me to upgrade to a better room for £10 per person per night which cost an extra £100.On arrival at the hotel the staff were not aware or any upgrade as they claimed all their double rooms were similar.The outgoing flight was changed to go a day earlier which didn't suit.They informed us if we wanted to cancel it would cost a large cancelation fee.We ended up going for a day less and paying more than the original cost of the holiday. The whole process was a nightmare and on reflection i could have booked a 4star hotel holiday in Prague myself for less money and less hassle.

I ordered two items from this company and didnt get ether of them. I e-mailed, tried to call number not in service so no help. The shipping company said it was delivered to my local USPS but I was given no USPS tracking number so when I went to USPS they told me there wasn’t a package. 3 times I went back nether package ever arrived nor was I ever contacted by this company.

BEWARE BEWARE.Do not this organisation to book a holiday. Two days before departure they contacted us to inform that we had not paid the final holiday balance when we had, they told us that if we did not pay the holiday would be cancelled. In panic we paid the balance and also provided documented evidence that we had paid for the holiday in full 2 months previously!!
Attempts to receive the overpayment have been frustratingly unsuccessful, They said they would return the money in 7, 14 & 18 days but after every timescale they have not returned the overpayment. For your own peace of mind DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE

Called to make a payment for my trip to Dubai and call was handled by Rio. Initially quoted an incorrect figure as my outstanding balance which was lower than what i was expecting. After checking the system twice, he finally got the right amount as he was looking at the balance before amendments. An advice on this- could the team please ensure they take into account all amendments made to customers booking to ensure no issues are encountered in future.

Travelbuzz over promise and under deliver!
Avoid this travel company at all costs! Their selling technique's are aggressive and they over promise and under deliver! We booked a holiday in Croatia and upgraded (aggressive selling technique) for an extra £ 180 - 30% more. The upgrade was for a larger bed, balcony with view and air-conditioning. When we got to the hotel, the staff were unaware of an upgrade but did their best to accommodate us in a room with a balcony - overlooking the rubbish recycle centre! Holidaybuzz refuse to take responsibility, even though they apologised profusely. We were offered a £45 refund with a £ 20 discount p/p off our next holiday with them... laughable! We will never travel with this comapany again!!

IF YOU DO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE TRANSPORT IS INCLUDED ,BEWARE TAXIS IN RESORT ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND RESORT IS OVERUN WITH BED BUGS
