I booked a roundtrip flight 2 days ago.
I received the confirmation, all détails were right on confirmation about price and itinerary.

However, they called me 2 hours later and tell me they were not able to confirm the departure flight and ask me to pay 1300$ more.

Since they could not honor the booking i made, i ask to cancel all, but they did not want to refund me.

They told me, if i do not pay more, i will only have the return flight AT THE PRICE I paid for the roundtrip. It is ridiculous
I spoke with 2 supervisors and finally they cancelled. But it has been really hard to cancel.

This is a scam. They attract you by very low fares and after booking, they obligate you to pay more. And if not, you cannot get refund.

That group is a complete SCAM. You book at a lower price and the next day they e-mail you saying your booking is on Hold. Then when you call they tell you your ticket is not available at that price anymore and you have to pay extra or else you can’t be refunded. I had to pay more than double the price. They offer you a temporary solution of leaving another day from a different airport and still an extra fee of 450$. The manager who I got transferred to which offered me that solution even told me the airport was 70 miles away while in reality it was over 3hrs driving. I had to book another 57min flight and book an hotel room for that extra unplanned day.
The process is through text, e-mail using their name, where you have to give them the code in other to book the airline tickets. I finally got my e-tickets after I called back 2 hours later.
It is on the very edge of fraude! Complete SCAM.

The booking experience is a nightmare with this website. While booking the site offers cancellation insurance $30 and while calling and asking for they say its only applicable for medical emergency. This is complete hidden while booking. Also they threaten that a no show will cause you $1000 in IATA penalty so you must take this flight out somehow no matter what the weather is ? or any other unaffordable condition is. This is a complete scam collecting the money and they are not issuing the ticket until last moment an asking to show up at the airport inspite of your condition. The agent who helped was a nice gentlemen who was able to openly give information and get the ticket changed to some other date so that way you don't lose the whole money. Overall, this is a complete hoax and never do business with with website! The website has bunch of booking agencies connected to them and they come online and do their level best to use their money they want. I was represented by a company called Friends Travels who the heck they are and what business they have to do with, god only knows!!!!
After jacking up the price they rebook the tickets by splitting the price and then they process it . when you get the eticket you will see the tickets showing up under one price and you will have no idea what have you done.

C'est une compagnie qui fait miroiter des économies mais charge plus cher au final pour des billets d'avion. J'ai fini par avoir mes billets mais j'ai eu une très désagréable conversation écomique de plus d'une heure à l'heure du souper où on argumentait: mais c'est le temps des fêtes madame! Mon billet aller était correct, mais ils disaient avoir des problèmes avec le retour. J'ai même annulé ma carte de crédit par la suite. C'était ma première expérience d'achat de billets d'avion et je ne recommande pas du tout.

Trying to scam customers by jacking up price after insisting to acknowledge the posted price and then offering for higher priced ticket. Avoid...avoid...avoid!

Actually less,than one star. More like a ZERO. This is,a total bait and switch. Booked a flight from T.O to Mexico that was advertised for $660. Got an email to call them because it couldn't be confirmed. They said the return flight was ok, but the flight TO México needed a,seat upgrade, which would make it 1700.00. DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRICES. Customer service was deplorable and I've locked my credit card because I'm sure they'll try to hit it anyway. Their "deal" price ended up being two hundred more than Aero México. Total scam.

I was advertised cheap flight rates online from Winnipeg, but later I noticed that the flight is not confirmed on the email that was set to me. I called the company and I was told that my return ticket was confirmed, but not the destination. So if i pay the difference, i can confirm it now. and if i cancel the ticket, it is non refundable. so i hesitantly called and paid extra $100 for the ticket, then the price increased again and i had to pay more (approximately $280) to confirm the ticket. At the moment, i did not had an option as i was told that it is non refundable. I later went on to check the review on different platforms, this is a script that the company has and the same scam has been happening with multiple other people. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

This is a scam company. The business model is simple. You find an amazing deal, you book the flight and you receive a call telling you that there were no place for the number of travelers and you have to pay an extra 1500 dollars!!!!

voici mon histoire,je reserve en classe economique pour 4 personnes je conclus mon achat pour 6098$ pour un aller retour les places disponibles je saisie mes donnees et ma carte,j ai ma reservation en progress(en cour)apres 2 heurs plus tard,je recois un appel de leur part me disant que mon vol retour n existe pas et que je peut pas annuler l achat .
moi je lui dis d annuler annuler mais lui il refuse et il me dit que je ne pouvais pas annuler ni d etre rembourser et la seul solution est d accepter une autre offre .
il ma envoyer d autre choix avec escale et un prix trop trop chere plus des frais de 285$.
moi,je lui dis annuler svp annuler svp mais il refuse et il ma vendu un vol aller retour a 6700$( 6413$ pour air canada et 285$ pour GT canada ) plus des dates de voyage changer que j accepte pas.
j appelle ma carte de credit et les compagnies aeriennes et l office de consommation du quebec/canada et la police pour les signaler et j ai un dossier contre eux,je travail avec mon avocat pour bloquer ce site d arnaque.
si vous etes subis cette fraude svp ecrivez sur leur mur afin de faire savoir que vous etes nombreux a se faire voler par HOLIDAYBREAKZ.
