Holden Copley (Hucknall branch) handled the sale professionally. The whole listing and sale process was handled well through all stages. The interim updates were timely and relevant. Overall, I was very happy with the process. The sale was managed by the Hucknall branch however, the support from the Arnold branch was of a similar high standard. In my view, you cannot beat a physical estate agent.

Jude was the agent who showed us around a property we had interest in, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Even though our viewing was late at 17:30 we never felt rushed. He made sure we had as much time and information as we needed. It was a breath of fresh air to actually be able to have a late evening viewing and feel like we weren’t just rushed out.

I bought a house through the Long Eaton branch of Holden Copley so I can't comment on the selling process but Melissa and Ben were helpful and responded quickly throughout the purchasing process.

We found the customer service to be excellent and communication was really easy - either by phone, email or using the Street App. The whole process, from valuation, advertising, accompanied viewings and sales progression went really smoothly and the team at Holden Copley, West Bridgford branch, supported us through the whole process.

Honestly the best estate agents I have dealt with. I was the buyer on this occasion and they were friendly, honest and never failed to respond to me and usually immediate. They made the transition as easy as it could be. A credit to the company. Esta and Lianna were fantastic. There’s simply nothing negative to say.

Holden Copley were great from start to finish. We sold twice with then. Unfortunately first time round the buyers pulled out but the were quick to get us back to market and people through the door. But the cherry on the cake has to be Lianna. Not only is she on the ball when it comes to gathering information and pushing you forward to that completion date but she’s also down to earth and so easy to get on with. .The office staff were efficientand cooperative making things run smoothly and coordinating when another wasout of the office.

Not impressed! I found the agent who came to value my property came across condescending. I wasn’t impressed when he got out his laptop to show me what other similar properties in the area were selling for. Who cares as the properties he was referring to didn’t match our property. I got the impression he was after a quick sale to add to his list. We have decided to hire an independent estate agent who gave us a more personal touch.
