I just wanted to take a moment to pass on some really positive feedback about Eileen, who I have had the pleasure of dealing with recently whilst looking to purchase a property through Holden Copley - Hucknall base.

Although unfortunately I wasn’t successful in securing the property, I felt it was really important to let you know how impressed I was with Eileen throughout the whole process. Such a thoughtful woman.

She was genuinely kind, approachable and incredibly supportive. Her communication was excellent, and at every stage I felt that she was keeping me informed and giving me clarity, even when things were uncertain. Buying and selling property can be quite stressful, so having someone who communicates so openly and makes you feel supported makes such a difference.

I have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, and I can honestly say that Eileen stood out. She was professional but also very personable, and I always felt that she was being honest and helpful rather than simply trying to sort a sale.

I didn’t get the house in the end, but I came away from the experience with a really positive impression of Holden Copley, largely because of the way Eileen dealt with me.

Was skeptical at valuation when the valuer said they already had someone on the books that would probably be very interested if it were to go on the market. Me thinking 'oh yeh' heard this before. But true to their word that's exactly what happened. Sold without even one day of advertising and the follow up by Karen as the sales progressor was second to none. Every week without fail she would chase progress and update. Without her and the excellent conveyancer we had we'd still be playing the waiting game now.
Can't thank Holden & Copley West Bridgford enough.
They're not the cheapest but they're one of the best and trust me we've moved a lot and have experience to back up that comment.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Josie Plester for all her support throughout the purchase of my property. She was always helpful, professional and kept me updated throughout the process.

The transaction had a few challenges along the way, but Josie remained supportive, patient and always did her best to keep things moving between everyone involved. Her communication and commitment made a real difference and helped us reach completion successfully.

We have recently used Holden and Copley Mansfield to view and purchase a property. They provided an excellent and professional service from viewing to confirming acceptance of our offer.
I can highly recommend them they are by far one of the best estate agents we dealt with during our purchasing process. We dealt with Luke, Ben and Jasmine who were all excellent communicators getting straight back to us and keeping us informed throughout . We would definitely deal with them again in the future if needed.

Everyone at Holden Copley were very friendly, efficient and professional. Whilst our property was for sale we had weekly updates and advice. Every phone call with any member of staff was a good experience. Once the house was actually sold Karen dealt with everything thereafter in a courteous and friendly manner. Everyone made the whole process easy.

The reason I haven’t given a 5 star review is because when Holden Copley started marketing our house, my brother and I got zero feedback from viewings and no names of prospective purchasers. We had no idea of what was going on. Since Ella and Elannor (sorry not spelt right), took over we have been well informed of viewings and feedback and have been very happy with their communication. So after a shaky start overall I would recommend Holden Copley

My Husband and I had a really good experience with Holden Copley buying our first home. I was really impressed with how communicative they were throughout the whole process and always seemed very friendly and genuine on the phone. They were very quick to relay any messages from the sellers to us, and there were never any holdups between them and our solicitors. I really liked at the beginning of the process, the use of the Street app - I thought it was quick and easy to submit property feedback and book viewings. On the day of completion, we received a really lovely congratulations from everyone (thank you Amy and thank you Mapperly Team) which really felt genuine, and a cute box of goodies which I wasn't expecting at all but just made the whole thing very heart-warming! Really good experience and helped make the whole process a little less stressful and daunting!

Holden Copley Long Eaton are a lovely friendly estate agency. Right from viewing the property to making our offer through to completion, it was so refreshing to find everyone so pleasant and helpful. Phones were answered promptly and the people we asked to speak to were readily available.
Melissa was fantastic. Every time we messaged her to ask for updates or to let her know how our side was going, she replied immediately. She also communicated with the sellers solicitor with any queries we had and replied back to us straight away. Her pleasant manner and professionalism is something that is sadly lacking with some estate agents.
We absolutely would not hesitate in recommending Holden Copley.
