FINAL UPDATE - 3 FULL MONTHS AFTER ORDERING I FINALLY GOT MY GOODS. I was promised £100 compensation then told by someone else I'm not getting it and that the 2 staff members who said I would get this are no longer with company. I got £125 in vouchers to spend on their website instead. I ordered goods which were supposed to arrive within 5 to 7 days. 3 weeks later they sent an email saying order cancelled due to lack of stock. I ordered something else and used the voucher code provided but it had expired. I've emailed the company 3 times, no response!!
FURTHER UPDATE
In reply to the response from the company, the goods sent were not what I ordered. Furthermore, after turning up at 9pm the delivery drivers had no instruction regarding the build service. Even after I showed them the email clearly stating that this was included, they left without building it. What was even worse was that instead of letting me know they were leaving they just dumped the furniture in my kitchen and left without saying and left my front door wide open to the world. I only realised that they had left when the house started to get cold. They obviously didn't want me to know that they were going without building it. When I thought it couldn't get any worse, that's when I realised I didn't even have the correct order and the coffee table wasn't there. I emailed the company and got a call from Natalie the next day (Friday). She was very apologetic and told me that she would ensure that the correct order would be here today and would be built. I got up to an email saying that the van had broken down and now wouldn't be here till Thursday. I have already lost 2 days wages reorganizing my time, not to mention the stress etc I've experienced with this and have asked to be compensated. That was 4 hours ago and I've still had no response. Just now had a call from Natalie and, despite the fact that I have lost 2 days wages as a result of their no show on 2 occasions, she informs me that it is not their policy to offer compensation. I'm disgusted!!

FURTHER UPDATE
I got a call from Natalie last week following a further no show and she informed me that the owner himself had decided that he was coming in person today with correct chairs and to build the table and chairs. I emailed this morning at 8am requesting an ETA. I got no response so sent a further email 3 hours later, it is now 14.55pm and this company have still not been in touch. I can only assume that there will be another no show today. This will be the third day taken off work, the umpteenth time I have had to reschedule medical appointments for my granddaughter who has health issues (also explained to Natalie) including not being able to keep my MOT appointment and having the rescheduled that to next week to accommodate this company. Because of last week's further no show I was offered compensation of £100.
I ordered this dining set on 3rd July and this is now 9th September. I really feel that this is now a joke and am left wondering if they are just going to leave me with the wrong chairs, no free coffee table,no build service and well and truly out of pocket!
We are now on 12th September and these issues have still not been resolved. A further call from Natalie on Tuesday to say that the delivery drivers would be with me yesterday around 8.30am. Again this changed, another call from Natalie at around 10.40 to say that they were running late and would be with me within 40 minutes to an hour later, allowing for traffic. Again this wasn't the case, the driver got lost. When he arrived he looked at one box and told me I had also been sent the wrong frame so he couldn't build the dining table! He called Natalie and she told him that she had sent me an email previously asking me to check that the table was right. She didn't, she asked me to check that the marble top was the correct one, which it was. I don't sell furniture and therefore would have no idea that the frame could be wrong. The only thing he could do was to request that the correct one be couriered to me today and I could find someone else to build it. Having brought the correct chairs and coffee table I asked him to build those, which he did. 2 of the chairs weren't right, one of the legs were shorter than the other 3 and made the chairs wobbly. One was worst than the other so he tried to fix that one. By 2pm it was obvious that it couldn't be fixed and I told him just to take it away and send a new one with the frame. I could not possibly take anymore time away from work, I had expected this to take no more than an hour, but ended up that I was off work for another unscheduled, unpaid half day! Natalie said yesterday that I would get a call soon. I'm still waiting so I guess I'm not getting anything couriered to me today.

We had delivery of the Aruba firepit sofa and can truly say that set is amazing. We do not like buying online especially something as big as this however we both can't believe the quality of this garden set. Thank you.

The communication from the company could have been a lot better especially with regards to the delivery of the item.
When the coffee table did arrive it was damaged, to be fair the company they did try to rectify this situation as soon as possible. I'm now a bit happier as I have a coffee table that is undamaged and I am happy to use.

Perfect customer service
Perfect customer service from ordering to delivery. When I read some reviews on here I was initially hesitant but I didn't have to worry at all.
I was communicated with well by the delivery driver on the day regarding the time the coffee table would be delivered.
The marble top coffee table is perfect and very stylish.
I've had a great experience with House of Fleur Interiors. It's only been one week from ordering to delivery and that's very speedy!
I would highly recommend them.

Purchased a fire pit with four chairs.
Glass arrived damaged
Igniter didn’t work
Igniter didn’t fit in the pre-drilled holes
No stones for the centre of the fire pit
O fixings to put the glass wind breaker together.
Reported and was told someone would get back to me after speaking to the warehouse. One weeks passed and the company is no longer replying to emails and the phone line is down.

Shocking service ordered items back in January when we finally got the table & chairs the chairs was the wrong one so sent back they said there send correct chairs out today this was 4 weeks ago I email yesterday to be told there be here tomorrow I.e today so I phoned up asked what time to be told they have been left off vehicle we post them via parcel force full of lies don’t answer phone don’t reply to emails

Worst nightmare ever
Worst nightmare ever! I honestly cried! They would promise me every time that they would definitely deliver my table and there would be no changes and then I would I have to call in myself to them apologising that it would be the few more weeks. I ordered on the 2nd February and waited till today the 29th April and begged for a refund as I couldn’t take it anymore.
I work on a zero hour contract and had to take off 4 days in total from work which I don’t get paid for to wait for this table. Every time explaining that are you sure that delivery will be this day as I will be taking a day off work to receive it and they were certain as ever and would confirm via email saying no other changes will be made to delivery. In the end the reason was the table wasn’t in stock from our supplier which I have now seen from other reviews is that it is a common excuse. If you can’t guarantee delivery from your supplier, why sell the item to customers and advertise on your website?
I explained to them I have a baby being diagnosed and I’m going through a hard time as it is so I don’t need any extra problems but this company lacks empathy. After the email this morning I actually cried as I had enough and begged for a refund even though I lost on 4 days of pay from work and my sanity! I have shopped from so many websites but this has actually been the worst! I’m sorry I didn’t want to write this review but it will help someone like myself considering to purchase as had I seen a reviews before ordering would of saved me from this ordeal
Avoid if you value your sanity
I have honestly never had such lack of communication from a company. I ordered a dining set and paid over £1000. After waiting over a month for delivery I was not communicated with on day of delivery and not given an order delivery slot or even approximate time. Tried to call never any answer and says mailbox is full which doesn’t surprise me. my emails and messages were not replied too. Staff are nice but delivery and service is shocking. I was told on day of delivery that my chairs were damaged so I received only a table. Then told my chairs will be with me on the Monday which they weren’t as supplier had issues so it would be Wednesday. Never arrived today and have now been told Friday. I said if they do not arrive Friday I want a full refund and the table collecting to which I received an email to say they have not acknowledged this? Unfortunately my rights as a customer and having purchased an item I have partially received say very different. I now will have to wait until Friday to see if these chairs actually turn up with no communication from House of Fleur. Shocking. When this ordeal is over I absolutely will not use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The dinning table and coffee table are nice furniture however the waiting time after them sending a broken chair is absolutely ridiculous! In all we waited 7 weeks to have 4 of us able to sit around the table. Upon the re delivery we just got left with a big box to build them ourselves after originally paying for the furniture to be built. I’d avoid this company at all costs after spending over a grand I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Great help / great product
Lynsey the call assistant was helpful and kept in contact with a problem witch was out of the company’s hands yet got it resolved, I can’t thank her and the team enough with there hard work….
Now the item I purchased was a table and chairs the quality of this was 10 out of 10 the chairs are solid and the table is just stunning, we have passed this company onto are friends as it’s the first thing they ask about when coming round…
Don’t be worried about ordering from here no u are in good hands and will be looked after,

Gorgeous well priced furniture from a British brand.
I ordered two glass side tables at a very keen price. I price shop out of habit so I knew the price of other similar products. I was a bit hesitant ordering online but was reassured by the fact this is a british company and a phone number was on their website.
We hit a few snags along the way with a wrong delivery. My order went to one customer and vice versa. However, I judge a company on the strength of how they handle these issues and Hugo was fantastic. Took ownership, was very reassuring and he ensured that within 24 hours I had received the right tables.
They arrived today - extremely well packed in cardboard so a big thumbs up for the recycling. And they are even better than the images on the website. They look very expensive, the glass is much thicker than other tables I have bought in the past and they fit our decor perfectly.
So, it is an overwhelming thumbs up from me for not just the lovely products keenly priced, but the attentive, courteous and super efficient customer service. Hiding behind a keyboard has unfortunately become synonymous with so many brands and in doing so they deliver a poor or lacklustre customer experience. I am pleased to say that House of Fleur is the opposite so it is a thank you from me. Dee B

Whole experience…
From ordering to actual delivery it was an A1 experience. Coupled with the price and excellent quality l would definitely rate this company as second to none. I do a lot of ordering online from furniture to small electrical appliances so know that the HoF is right at the top of the scale for excellence.
