Regarding the delayed invitations to online meetings, we are actively investigating any potential issues with our mail servers to address this problem promptly. We understand the importance of timely communication for these sessions and will take immediate steps to enhance the delivery speed (as you know, all calls are recorded, and the replay's are available within a few hours, or the latest the next day, so you will never miss a call.
Additionally, if you know ahead if time that you cant make a call, you can, like with other students, that they also know this, is to send your questions in a head of the call, and our coach(s) will answer them during the call, and you can watch the recording and see your question addressed there, so you will never miss a learning opportunity.
Regarding the eBook access issues, I appreciate your diligence in reporting the matter. Your feedback helps us improve. Please note that the password prompt is intentional for security purposes. We recommend retyping the password to avoid any potential errors. Our team however was and is available to assist you further if needed.
We also want to clarify that the course duration is designed to provide total flexibility, and you are not obligated to complete it within the initial six weeks. The course is indeed '6-week's' drip-feed, which means a new week is released to you, each week, over 6-weeks. We done that format intentionally, and that was and is to not overwhelm you. As you will be seeing, there is a lot of content!
Just a reminder, You do however have lifetime access (we dont recommend taking that long though, you want to implement the stuff we teach you, sooner!). Please feel free to take your time, and enjoy this learning journey and the course materials, we are and will be with you every step of the way!
