I had my lip blush done with Robyn and she was amazingggg I was super anxious about the pain but she was lovely and spoke me through the whole process didn’t hurt at all and I am soooooo happy with the results !!! 110% recommend xxx

Holly as always was amazing ! Very informative, we had a discussion first and she completely understood what I was trying to achieve with my lips . I have always come to HM for cosmetics and would never go elsewhere ! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming

I cannot speak highly enough for Robyn who is absolutely incredible at what she does. She made the whole process really comfortable, was happy to make any changes that I wanted and made it pain free!
I was very anxious going to my visit and I left extremely happy and excited to book my next appointment 🤪🥹💖

I’ve been going to HM for years now for various treatments, Holly and the team are absolutely amazing and I’m always excited to visit the salon and leave feeling 100x better!!

I had such a warm welcome by the lovely lady (Olivia) who done my procedure, she was very chatty and explained everything in detail to me! She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding about what she was doing/ what I wanted and I felt super comfortable in proceeding. She had fantastic customer service, not to mention how clean and aesthetically pleasing the salon is, their work truly speaks for itself. I cannot wait for my final results 🥰, thanks Liv.x

I have been on a very long brow journey, struggling to achieve the look I’ve always wanted—until I met Robyn. She worked absolute magic on my brows, transforming my faded grey pigment into the most beautiful, warm-toned brows I could have ever hoped for. Her skill, precision, and eye for detail are unmatched, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I finally have the brows I’ve been dreaming of, and I cannot thank her enough. If you’re looking for a true brow artist, Robyn is the one!

I cannot comment on the salons, however I must say their online shop and lack of communication is appalling. I placed an order on the 2nd December 2024, for a doll highlighter as a Christmas present. On the website it says dispatched within 1-2days, on the 15th December 2024, after not receiving a dispatch email I emailed them to chase it up, I did not receive a response but the following day I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. I chased up the company again on the 23rd December 2024, asking if there was any tracking information as I had not received the item. As of today, 18th January 2025, I still have not received the item or a response to any of my emails. I have now contacted them on Facebook, to try and get a response… wonder if they’ll respond.

Update 10/02/2025, received a response, saying they are sorry that this happened and asked for my email address as they could not locate my order on the 21st January 2025, I responded on the 24th January 2025, by providing my email address which has been seen, and nothing since. Today, I’ve sent screenshots of the order confirmation and shipping confirmation, let’s see how this progresses.

I had profile balancing filler with Holly and I could not be happier. I was always insecure about my side profile and she has made me feel so much more comfortable 💞. In terms of pain it was very minimal as she talked me through everything she was doing and was very gentle. Will definitely be coming back soon 💞x
