We took a family solitaire diamond ring into the store and asked for advice which was given, we chose to have the ring resized, the staff were all professional and friendly. We have just collected the ring today and was absolutely over the moon with it, was beautifully done and cleaned to a high standard. Delighted with the first class service given. I recently purchased a 2025 Rolex Datejust 41 from HL Brown, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Orthodox cross
I ordered a bespoke orthodox cross to be made for my God son.

Incredible service, so impressed. I put a note on saying I was going away so could they let me know if the order wouldn’t be dispatched that day and got an email back confirming it had been sent out and with a tracking reference.
