Wrong order delivered to me.
A swift response to my original order that went missing.

Not what was advertised but explains well
Good delivery time and communication but only three stars due to it being advertised as Alko 150v Damper - 690389 but was a different make of the same length/type
Edit from Hk: I just wanted to reassure you on the quality of the damper purchased. The damper is manufactured by Stabilus, who are the manufacturers that are used by Alko for their Alko branded dampers, the only difference being the branding on the damper. I apologise that this wasn't clearer in the item description.

Stand out Level of Service
Easy to contact, easy location to get to and fully understood what my trailer needed regarding its ‘braking issue’. Prompt completion of work - including fixing a couple of extra issues as part of the service. You won’t get better value of service in the area and for me was well worth the 1 hour drive each way from Abergavenny. I will be seeing these guys again - even if it’s just for annual servicing!
Great job Henry and the Team 🤜🤛

Gas strut for trailer hood
I received my item when the company said it would be there. I haven’t yet put the item on my trailer but it most certainly looks like the part I need so I’m thankful to them for that.
