So much potential but sadly no resolvement
I had accidently clicked on the subscription & there was no additional step to confirm but my payment went through my CC. I had immediately cancelled it but didnt receive any notifications / email until I had to write in only to be told that it is after 3 days! I said it was cancelled literally minutes after I had accidently clicked.. it is not a small amount as it is for a year's subscription! The Presentation part worked so well months ago but now it totally hasnt worked to generate the PPT despite trying all the ways it has requested. This is extremely disappointing & the main reason I'll never pay for the service as they've not resolved the issue.

scam company refund my $$ or face bot attack
These companies are one of the most scamming companies that are after users’ money. I wish I had read the reviews here; I would have saved my hard-earned $39.99. I paid for video AI generation — guess what, their tool does not follow prompts. And after all, my subscription is unlimited, but after only one prompt, my credit is gone. I contacted them to refund my money, or we’re going to fight you with a serious bot attack that will crash your app. Criminal AI video does not work.

Bad product. Bad service.
I paid for a full year. Used a few hours in a day. It didn’t work, because the material produced by HIX, which was supposed to be undetectable, was still largely detectable and in some cases worst than the original text. The "Humanizer" tool returned childlike texts that, not only misinterpred the original, but produced wrong information.In other words, this product did not do what it was promised to do. Asking for a refund, the response was absolutely unacceptable, showing that this company has no interest in customer satisfaction at all.

Hai a disposizione un tot di domande da potergli fare ..Appare,però, subito evidente che
Il sistema fa in maniera di non rispondere subito, ma ti pone infinite domande inutili che servono a farti consumare quelle a disposizione. Ad esempio ogni volta chiede " mi confermi che vuoi sapere questo oppure mi confermi questo dato?" E in vari altri modi prima di portarti alla soluzione Fa un giro di parole che non finisce più...
Il mio primo quesito era un problema di fisica dove addirittura era Stata sottoposta l'immagine di un circuito elettrico. Nonostante la fotografia a disposizione, hXi aveva 100 Perplessità! Riusciva a leggere TUTTO il testo, ma guarda caso, non riusciva a leggere i valori delle resistenze deLLE Tensioni CHE ERANO SCRITTE Chiaramente come tutto il resto.
E questo costa centoventi euro !

Nowadays, there has a plenty of AI supported services. According to my experienced, I would recommend HIX.AI regarding about how they value their customers.
I had initially subscribed to the Unlimited plan ($29.99 USD) on July 29, 2025. While I later realized this plan was beyond my immediate budget, the resolution offered by your team was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
I am incredibly grateful for your thoughtful response and willingness to offer a 50% refund on my Unlimited plan payment. Even more impressively, you've allowed me to retain access to the Unlimited plan for the remainder of this billing period, despite my request to downgrade. This level of understanding and flexibility is truly commendable.

Poor Support and Unreliable Service Despite Premium Plan
In our experience with HIX, we faced significant issues despite being on one of their highest-tier plans. We encountered repeated workflow failures where the system was unable to process our API requests, which affected our day-to-day operations.
What was particularly challenging was the lack of timely support. Even after multiple attempts to reach out via email and share relevant details, we did not receive meaningful assistance or follow-up.

HIX.AI looks great, however…
HIX.AI looks like a powerfull tool, however it is complete useless, based on old models. Modern models, more advanced options will cost you extra after just a few queries of is part of another subscription.
So called functions like “Copilot” have nothing to do with real Copilot functionality, it cannot do anything real coding assistants can do. Most other bots are similar useless. Creating your own chats is impossible.
Stay away from payed Hix.ai subscriptions, its rubbish
