Order made, then reversed due to faulty collection of payment. Was told that I would be contacted when the matter resolved itself and that's the last I heard.

Hi Con,
Apologies for not replying to this review sooner. At the time of your purchase, unfortunately our payment gateways were down. This was discussed via email but I believe that this review may have been left before I had the chance to get back to you.
I did in fact email back on the 1st of Feb to notify that the product was back in stock and offered a discount code for inconvenience, if you did not receive this or if you would still like to place your order/get a new discount code, please feel free to email me at bsmith@biosure.co.uk and I would be happy to resolve this for you.
Thank you for your understanding,
Bec
